Worst Parking Ever
No one to meet you (the word meet and greet) you have to phone and wait. You have to pay for Heathrow car park, you have to pay for vans extra and on return driver wants you to come to level 5 at terminal 5 so they do not have to pay car park.
Driver has attitude.
When you ring number no one picks it up. Tried 8 times.
Never use them again.

Beware Of This Company
Be Aware of this company. Ipark , Perfect parking and Euro parking all these three companies run by same person. There's no security. Cars already damaged in their yard and the took no responsibility. Don't book your cars with them.

Europarking Heathrow
Hi,
I just read somebody recommending Euro Parking Ltd at Heathrow. I CAN ONLY WARN YOU TO USE THEM! We had our car with them over the Christmas period when they had a break in at their car park. Ours and 40 other cars were vandalized, with our damage amounting to over £3500! They didnt take any responsibility, didnt pay for the damage or for the cab we had to take home from the airport, they didnt even refund us the money for parking! And on top of everything they handled the case extremely unprofessionel - not returning our calls, or assisting with the recovery service trying to get the car. Very annoying and stressful experience.

Unprofessional And Disorganised Europark
Had no problem booking Europark meet and greet car parking at Heathrow airport. Received an efficent email with all details for drop off and collection for our holiday from Heathrow over the new year week 2012/2013. Drop off was okay - had to wait 15 minutes for someone to collect the car. However different story when collecting car after arriving at Heathrow. Phoned office in the morning around 7.30am. Sounded as if we had woken someone up. Was told our car would be dropped off in 25 minutes at stated car park. After 45 minutes I phoned again when the car didn't show up. No answer. Tried several times and still no answer. Waited 10 minutes, then my husband phoned. No answer. My son phoned. No answer. This went on for half an hour. Eventually someone answered the phone and we were told the driver was 5 minutes away. Ten minutes later we phoned again. After several more attempts the phone was answered and was told to wait anothr 5 minutes. The driver turned up 10 minutes later with car intact. My husband went ballistic - we had waited 1 1/2 hours for the car. The driver apologised and told us to write this review and said that they are a completely disorganised company with not enough staff and drivers. We told him we will NEVER use the company again. Neither should you!
Yup we had same problem on 2nd april. They are not professional. Next holiday we booked with moon-park.co.uk. They are really good. No waiting and they also offered free inside valet as well.
We had a similar problem on 8th feb and called the police. We had to get a taxi to collect our car after a three hour wait. Most taxi drivers refused to take us as they are trouble! police were there and told us they were in financial trouble.....DO NOT USE.
Total Disaster
We had booked a meet and greet with Europarking in August 2012 for our holiday in December. We left home in plenty of time to get to Terminal 5 at Heathrow and as our journey would only take about half an hour, started phoning immediately. No reply/network not working!! We were still trying as we parked in the designated area at Terminal 5. My husband went up to every car parked but no-one was from Europarking. Time was running a little short and as we still could not get through to 01753208202, we had no option but to go to the Long Term carpark. On our return to the UK, we had to pay £223 to get out of the car park - it is not often that I am at a loss for words!! Compared with the £72.55 we had originally paid, we were very fed up. Can I get a reply from Europarking - no calls answered and a special delivery letter returned as 'gone away'!! Very unhappy about this - we could have had a taxi to and from the airport for a loss less than we paid.
Be careful when you are booking your car parking at Heathrow
Beware Of This Company!!
We booked with Euro Parking in September for our trip commencing 11th October. We did a lot of research prior to using this company and was impressed with their Park Mark and British Parking Association membership and when contacting them by email found them helpful and responsive.
Drop off seemed to go ok but our vehicle was delivered back to us in a filthy condition, with clumps of mud and grass attached. Also, we witnessed another customer complaining about the exact same problem at the airport.
We have contacted the company and complained about the service. The reason they gave for the state of the car was a water leak in the carpark and their pressure washer was not working to clean it. They offered a discount off our next booking with them .... as if you would!!!! They effectively washed their hands of the problem and informed us that they had taken over Euro-Parking a few weeks prior and are now Perfect Parking!!! If you look at the reviews for that company you will see why we took pains to avoid them so imagine how we feel now knowing that our car was in their care!!!! We are still awaiting a response regarding compensation for the costs we have incurred in valeting the vehicle ourselves. All in all BEWARE and use a well known company.
Awful - Dont Use!
Two major issues with the Euro Parking meet and greet service
1) they parked my car in a disabled spot when they came to 'greet' and then left my husband and I to convince the car parking attendant not to fine us - which is not only not what you need after a 12hour overnight flight but also really embarrassing as a disabled person couldn't get into the spot because of us.
2) one of my tyres (which was only a couple of months old) had a nail in it. It wasn't deflated as I have run flats but the pressure light came on as soon as we drove off.
I tried to talk to them about these issues through their feedback facility but have received no communication at all from them and when I finally spoke to someone on the phone they were just plain rude to me.
Whilst im sure these issues won't happen to everyone I would really advise you to pick someone else and pay a bit more as you might save in the long run. I paid £75 for parking plus £110 for a new tyre so you see what I'm saying!
For Meet And Greet Read Wave Goodbye To Your Car Forever
Had meet and greet service from T4 on 27th Sept 2012 and service was very good. Returned from USA on 20th Oct to be told a new company had taken over a week ago and that some cars had been stolen before they took over and they had no records of what cars should be there and that they had a big pile of keys to go through - TERRIFFIC. Then spent about an hour trying to get hold of the police to find the car had been stolen on the 27th Sept. Later phoned up by I guess the new manager who was about 1000 time more helpful than the first 2 people who answered the phone and fobbed us off whilst they tried to find the car.

Will Use Again
When we arrived at Heathrow the driver was already waiting, he helped with the luggage and was very polite. On our return once we had landed we rang and were asked to call when we had cleared customs which we did. The car arrived within a few minutes, we were handed a ticket to exit the car park with out any problem. The driver on our return was helpful but did not speak very good English, and albeit the car had looked like it had been driven through a ploughed field I would use Euro Parking again. I am bemused at some of the reviews regarding the service which others have recieved, and wonder if it may all depend on what time your flights are. Anyway thank you Euro Parking and I hope we have the same service next time :)
