Car Vandalised

42 cars vandalised including my land rover. Scratches all over panels and car needs total respray. £7k of damage and off the road for 6 weeks. Also delivered back to me caked in mud and requires a full valet.

To make matters worse customer service post the vandalism has been non existent. No plan or correspondence as to how they will repair it. They said there was a crime reference number but after asking for it 3 times I called Sussex police myself. There was no record of my car at all.

To not use this company ever if you value your car.

8 hours on hold to them and will waste no time pursuing via the normal route. Do not ever use this company. I contacted Gatwick airport and only the police can deal with such rogue operators I was told. Anyone could start up such a business it is totally unregulated.

9 days later zero back from this firm on the £7k of damage to my car. They do not answer the phone and do not respond to emails. They said they had registered all damaged cars with the police and had a crime reference id. After asking 3 times for it I contacted the police. The police had no record of it. Multiple people had individual crime ids. They are not registered with Gatwicjk airport. Google this company and the Mail newspaper. Doubt they have insurance and I still wait for any type of correspondence from them on resolution. I believe a criminal investigation may/is taking place and am in contact with the BBC.

Worst Experience Ever!!!!

I would advice anyone NOT to use their service. This is the worst experience I ever had. I was happily drive to Gatwick for our flight for our summer holiday as I was driving there with a 5 years old, when I got there at Car park 5 level 2 I saw one of the meet and greet person there so I happily told them that I booked their service and the man was very rude, all his did was take down my car registration and given me the slip and said pick your car when i came back from my holiday, and I was not happy at all. When I come back from my holiday, I phone them when I reclaim my baggage and the man on the phone was extremely rude as I could not hear him due to the background noise at the airport and I waited over 1 hour before I see my car arrive and the worst to come was my car remote control was not working. I ask the man who deliver my car what had happen and all his said was it was fine when he drive it to the airport and was NOT helpful in anyway and if I have any thing not happy with their service just write the comment and rushing me to sign the paper work and go. I WOULD REALLY ADVICE ANYONE WHO CONSIDER TO USE SKYPARKING MEET AND GREET TO THINK TWICE AS I WOULD NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH THE MEET AND GREET AIRPORT SERVICE.

Broken Wing Mirror, Denied Responsibility

We used this service, booked through FHR, on 14-28/2/13. Dropping off the car was fine; we felt well informed and the service was courteous. On the way back (about midnight on 28/2/13), however, the driver shoved the keys at us and left as soon as possible, not allowing us to do a check of the car first. This was because, it turned out, the passenger side wing mirror was now broken - hardly something he could have missed, driving it over. We didn't contact FHR or Gatwick Skyparking then, since it was now past midnight, concentrating instead on driving home, and contacted FHR the next day. After over a month of FHR doing nothing, we rang them again and were advised that they weren't responsible, but that Gatwick Skyparking was. We contacted GSP (enclosing our initial email to FHR) but were told that since we hadn't done a check of the car before we handed it in, hadn't done one with their representative after we got it back (something that, of course, they hadn't done themselves), and because we hadn't contacted them as soon as we discovered the problem, they couldn't take responsibility and would, out of goodwill and if we agreed to take it no further, refund us half the cost of repairing the mirror (£25). We refused, and are now planning to write to GSP, FHR, and to Gatwick Airport to complain. In the mean time, we strongly advise you not to use this service - they won't take responsibility for damage if it occurs.

Crashed Our Car, Denied It And Lost In Court..nightmare

This firm returned our car damaged and at the time agreed it was their fault, we followed their process in terms of reporting the damage but from there things went very bad.

Gatwick SkyParking stopped responding to our calls/emails, denied we had even made the booking and ignored letters from our instructed solicitor.

When they responded to a court order Gatwick Sky Parking tried to deny we had booked, then tried to say that there was a technicality which made the contract void and finally that they didn't damage the car.

We had our court case this week - Gatwick Sky Parking didn't even have the decency to show up, the judge called them frivolous and awarded us the case, they have 14 days to pay our costs and for the damage, however nearly a year later we aren't holding our breath.

Please do not use this firm, we still haven't seen evidence that they are insured and are extremely high risk.

"do Not Use - Unless You Have A Banger!"

Terrible!

Easy booking process but that was were any kind of service ended.

I left the car in their possession for 2 weeks for our summer holiday and regretted every bit of it.

When the car was returned I can honestly say that it looked like it had been parked in a swamp for 2 weeks, supposed under cover parking however my car was trashed, bird excrement all over, leaves in the radiator bonnet grill, sycamore buds in the vents and the worst tree sap all over the paintwork. The car had obviously been parked on a street, under trees or in a swamp for 2 weeks!

They offered £10 to clean it, it has taken £40 worth cleaning which has not moved the tree sap, several t-cuts which has still not removed all the residue and the paint work is still damaged.

If you have a car you like(not cherish) don't use this company. Rogues with a professional looking website!
