Damaged Car

RS09 staff damaged my car whilst it was in their care. I flagged it immediately when the car was returned following a flight and whilst their driver was still present. I submitted photos of the damage by email as per their request and then the matter ended as far as they were concerned. They did not reply to my numerous telephone calls and emails and despite obtaining a county court judgement against the company the bailiffs could not find an accountable person. I have used them before, but never again and I cannot emphasise strongly enough how you are dealing with a company against whom you will have no redress whatsoever in the event of a problem.

I should have read the reviews before booking RS 09 Meet and Great. VERY POOR IN lots of cases ,and a number of customers have taken this company to court.I felt that my car had been driven and not just stored whilst away on holiday.I gave RS 09 every opertunity to confirm the collection mileage .But to date have not recieved any confirmation of same...

Money Stolen From Vehicle-be Warned

If only I had read the poor reviews of this company before I travelled! Although in fairness, I have used the company in the past without any problems. I went on a short break and left a bag of coins I use for parking in the ashtray but when the car was returned it was gone. I raised it with the company controller who was apologetic and said she would speak with the owner and get back to me. That was the last I heard of the matter despite emaiing them twice since and trying to contact them by phone. A very poor experience... I will certainly not be using them again.

After booking at Gatwick through Looking4parking.com they use a company called RS09. I photo shot the mileage and the driver assured me they only trave a few miles to were the car is parked. On return I noticed the vehicle had covered an additional 478 miles and half take of fuel I left was now on empty. The front alloy wheel was damaged and curbed, the interior was covered in mud and the rear bumper has 2 large scratches.

Lookinf4Parking.com know this company are roughs but still use them. They claim to have total customer satisfaction, yet they have many complaints. They try to say 'were just the booking agents and not the provider', but they take the payment and you don't know who the booking is going to till after you Pay. I will now be perusing my claim through the county courts.

Car Returned Damaged & Still No Response

Our car was returned with a dent in the back passenger door - the driver admitted seeing it at drop-off as he was the same driver who also took the car on departure. The dent was not listed on our damage waiver we signed when we left the car (because it obviously wasn't there at that point). Since then, we have emailed and called numerous times and complained via the booking agent. It took them 3 weeks to respond to the booking agent saying it wasn't caused by them and that the damage waiver wasn't evidence - which TOTALLY contradicts the point of having it.

We refuse to let this drop although further investigation online has shown a similar case where a car owner took them to court - who ruled the damage was down to RS09 and STILL the owner refused to pay.

They are a disreputable bunch who should be shut down.

Car Had Been Used

We used RS09 last year. Pick up and collection were ok, but we waited 5 mins for pick up and 15 mins for collection.

To our amazement, the rear armrest had been removed and they couldn't put it back.

I phoned their HO on 6 - 7 occassions, left messages and not one return call.

Use this company at your RISK. To save a few pounds is really not worth it.

I have used them on perhaps a dozen occasions, inc leaving a brand new car with them, have always found them to be punctual and return car in good order, they are better than other cos i have used and now i stick with them; i'd give them 4 stars

Be Warned Never Use This Company

We had our car damaged, reported it and had no response, eventually managed to speak to the same rude woman as many others also with a screaming child in the background, ( very unprofessional) they won't accept any responsibility, we had £1000 worth of damage and the car had obviously been used to transport people as the back was filthy with what looked like cement.

Would take it further but have read cases of people taking them to court, winning the case but never seen a penny,

I think looking 4parking should also take some responsibility as they were the booking agent,but they don't want to know

I have read that BBCTV WATCHDOG HAVE ALSO INVESTIGATED THEM.GOOLE THIS COMPANY BEFORE USING THEM

Do Not Use - They Ignore You

I used them back in June and I have been calling every week since and no-one has got back to me even though I have left 20 odd messages. Arrived at the airport, rang the number and no-one answered. On the 11th attempt - by which time I was panicking and after 15 mins of trying, I got a rude person answered the phone and said he would be 10 mins. 50 mins later he arrived, I could of been sat at home by that time. I found straches on my car and called after to complain and talk about the damage to my car and nothing. I can't get hold of them. DO NOT USE.
