Totally Unsatisfactory Experience
Arrived back at site after a delayed flight. Collected keys and ventured into a car park in almost total darkness - the only light being adjacent to the exit. Only next day did I find that the windscreen had been scratched to an extent to fail an MOT. Operator, of course, denied all knowledge. Holiday extras unable to help. So parking cost me an extra £75 replacement.
Damage , Denial And The Staff Clearly Don't Enjoy Their Jobs
Service with a smile at 4am drop off may have been too much to ask for, the bus driver clearly wanted to work in the west end with his jokes and dramatic start to the journey which was a tad too much.
Return journey was much like the drop off. Un sign posted , in frequent buses to transfer to the very off site parking.
once we finally arrived back at parking we were to discover our 2015 £30K Audi was scratched to bits with pin dents.
obviously it was my fault from driving my recently washed/ waxed car 20 miles to them covering the car in traffic film so they couldn't possibly confirm whether the damage was there at drop off!
currently looking to take them to court.
If you drive a 1999 VW polo these guys will be no concern to you, if like me you have a prestige vehicle book valet parking and don't waste your time with them!

Practical arrangements went well but unfortunately the mirrors on my car were damaged. I suspect they were forced closed, which has now stopped the automatic open / close mechanism. I am currently communicating with Purple Parking but no action from them at present. I will update this review if the damage is sorted but currently would not recommend Gatwick purple parking

Rude and moody people. Also when we got home we found a large scratch in the drivers door that the had tried to (cheaply and insufficiently) repair.
Will never use them again.

Disgusting Customer Service
Car parking was further away from Gatwick than anticipated, but not a problem as frequent coaches available.
On collection of the car, we were extremely disappointed with the state that it was in. The car was covered in sticky residue & ridiculous amount of bird excrement. Although at 3.30am and with tired children we decided to just get home.
The following day, after putting the car through the car wash, we found the marks remained and had to be 'T-cut' out. I phoned 'customer service' and tried several times over the next couple of weeks to discuss this or negotiate some minimal refund. They were particularly rude and unhelpful, not returning calls.
VERY DISAPPOINTED - would NOT use or recommend at all.

We used Purple Parking Meet and Greet.. So easy! On time, helpful, polite! Made our airport parking experience a really pleasant one. No stress! We will be using the service again. Thank you!

Airparks Offsite Parking
Difficult to actually locate the carpark from the directions provided. Easy key drop process, but bus dropping off point too far from North terminal, necessitating a long walk with bags - totally unacceptable given the price paid for "convenient" parking. Same long walk on return, not good when already exhausted from overnight transatlantic flight. Returned to Airparks only to find car covered in bird droppings where it had clearly been parked under a tree somewhere. Will never use again.

Yes, in all ways a good parking experience! Would suggest the odd directional notice coming from the M23 and along the A23 - a Purple arrow would be sufficient - although I'm aware that authority are against signs, it would be a help when short of time for instance, as it's a bit of a merry-go-round!

Our Flight Was Cancelled With 12 Hours Notice Beca
Our flight was cancelled with 12 hours notice because of the ash cloud. Purple Parking refused to allow cancellation of our booking because I gave less than 24 hours notice. So not only are they profiteering from people stuck outside the UK they are also fleecing people who's flight was cancelled. They would not even offer a partial refund. I will never ever use them again and strongly recommend you avoid them too.
