This People Are Making Money, I Have Cancelled My
This people are making money, i have cancelled my parking in 10/14 min after i booked and sent them email on 3rd December as soon as i found reviews that this is a bad compony and i request for the cancellations but no reply or no confirmation yet, i have called them on 6th dec to ask what is update??? And where is my refund they said it is £20 cancellation charges in fact their website says £10 cancellation charges. PLEASE Please do not book this compony is a bad compony…….and book after redung other reviews are really very bad miss leading

Having made my booking and paid for two weeks in April 2015 I followed all the instructions and turned up on time at the right place. I never got any response from this company in the next hour and a half so I had no choice but to park in a short stay carpark which cost me an additional £350. On return from my trip I managed to speak to somebody from this company who said I was only going to get my original payment to them back again, so I was lied to to add further insult for being RIPPED OFF, as I never even got the payment back for them no supplying a service.

My mother used these jokers when she flew to Canada. On her return to the UK her car was not returned to her, nobody answered her calls or emails and she had to call a family member to pick her up.
It took us over a week to get her car back.
After calling the owner to tell him I had reported the vehicle as stolen by his company he called me to ask me to cancel this and he would return the vehicle.
On the day of return I was called by the police to tell me they had pulled over my mother's vehicle and that the driver (the owner of GP 24/7) had no licence or insurance - he had been banned for drink driving. My mother's car was impounded and she had to pay for it's release.
Criminals. Nothing more or else.

I was about to book (again) with GP 24-7 LTD when I came across a number of bad reviews......actually VERY bad reviews....I have to say it put me off a bit despite my own experience being a positive one (the power of reviews!) So I am writing this simply to put in my very different experience. I have used them 3 times now and they have been efficient and courteous. They responded when I phoned to say I was on my way.....and met me promptly at the airport.
I wondered if something had gone wrong with this company after I had used them.....but the bad reviews are just before and just after I last used them.
No Response When I Reached Gatwick
beware! I booked them for a flight last week. They didn't respond when I called to say I was getting to the airport. I also had no success in speaking to them on the general number. Paid £40 and then another £130 for the short stay!

We returned from holiday 8th April and repeatedly called the driver contact number from 7:00 am to 8.00 pm with no response. We also tried the customer services number, only to get a pre recorded message that I was in a queue of one that did not change in spite of holding for 15 minutes. With the assistance of Gatwick Airport Customer Services final contact was made at 9.00 pm and our car returned at 9:30 pm. I subsequently filed our complaint via email twice but received no reply or explanation for the totally inadequate service. If this had occurred at the beginning of the holiday this would have been even worse, so be warned, and stear clear of this cowboy company who do'nt even care to respond to a serious customer complaint.

Can not say it enough, DO NOT USE these people, they should be shut down. We were told to ring them when we were 10 mins from the airport, we continually rang but know one answered the phone, on arrival to the airport there was know one to meet us, we made numerous enquires with the other parking company reps, who seem to have their business running smoothly but they didn't know anything about this tinpot company, eventually we managed to arrange parking through one of the other attending companies who felt sorry for us, after 3 hours 24-7 parking answered my call, he said his driver had broke down on the motorway and hadn't taken his mobile phone with him, he promised he would refund our money, WE ARE STILL WAITING 6 MONTH LATER

They didn't turn up - no one answered the mobile number they gave out. Received a confirmation email with another number on - that just rang out...not a great start to the holiday. Apparently this company are notorious for doing this...

We used Gatwick Parking 24-7 for our trip in Sept 2014. We paid £50 online to have the car picked up and then have it driven to a secure location. When we were at a local service station by the airport, we were asked to call the driver who would then meet us at the North car park. Upon arriving at the service station, we called the driver but were then stuck in traffic for half an hour. I had a call from the driver who I found to be very rude and confrontational stating that we were 45 minutes late and that he didn’t want to argue just wanted us to get there. I was quite taken aback by the call but assured him we were stuck in traffic and would be with him in 5/10 minutes. Upon arriving at the airport car park, the driver asked us for an additional £5 as we were told that the website booking incorrectly charged us for 8 days instead of 9. As we were keen to ensure our car was safely taken away by the driver, we decided to pay this additional amount and ignore the rudeness in the drivers manner. Upon our return, we were asked to call the driver once we picked up our bags. At 4am, the driver still managed to take nearly 1 hour to get to the airport to pick us up. There was no traffic and no excuse for his tardiness. The car was very dirty and smelt of cigarettes. The outside was covered in leaves and dirt and the inside in leaves as well. We had to pay a £3 exit fee from the carpark. Overall I would say I was really unhappy with the service provided. For a total of £58, I’m sure we could have gone for a different car parking facility and it would have come to a similar price. We were also not sure where the car was kept and who may have used it as we didn’t get the reassurance of knowing where the car was parked and that it was safe and secure. The service we received was very poor and I expected much better for the price we paid.
You seemed to have gotten away very light. We booked and paid but having arrived at the right place and the right time we never got any response at all for one and a half hours so had to pay another short term company £350 to park for two weeks. Gatwick 24-7 said that it was my fault but would give me y original booking fee back, I have NEVER received this. This so called company are just there to RIP PEOPLE OFF providing no service
