Damaged Car
We used this company, don't make the same mistake! We waited more then an hour to receive our car back and we finally did there was damage to the bumper and alloy which they tried to cover up by changing details on the paper, our car was brand new and no damage whatsoever , we understand things happen but to try to cover it up it's disgusting, we were very upset and called and emailed the company many many times and no one ever returns our calls which is the most upsetting thing! They shouldn't be in business as they have terrible reviews which unfortunately we didn't see prior to our trip!

Last time we had a 1 1/2 hour wait, because they'd lost our car. This time we had 1 hour's wait, because they'd messed up our collection date, AND they'd left the window open and we had standing water in the car.

I was picking up my car last night from their "meet and greet" so-called service, and I am still seething. I landed 22:45 and called them straight away as I had no checked luggage. 23:00 I was standing in the car park as advised. Half an hour later, no car. I call them, the barely-comprehensible person on the other end said "the driver forgot to take the key" and it would be another 20-25 minutes. Another 30 minutes later, no car. This time "the driver had picked up the keys and was going to the airport". Another 30 minutes later, still no car. This time, they refused to pick up my phone. I used a different phone and when they picked up, they claimed that the driver had been to the airport but had to go back (?!?). Next to me, another 2 sets of customers were swearing down their phone to ... surprise, surprise, Britannia parking. They had been told "your battery is flat and we can't start the car". Which, of course, was also a bunch of lies. Eventually, two hours later, my car appeared on the ramp just as I was on the phone to Sussex police to report my car being stolen. No apology, no explanation, no compensation. What a bunch of lying twits - don't touch them with a barge pole. I'm surprised the Office of Fair Trading is still continuing them to operate. Or Gatwick management, for that matter.
Meet And Wait Forever Worst M&g Have Experienced
Worst meet and greet we have used, waited 30 minutes for car to be collected and then 40 minutes for car to be returned, then when we got to car park barrier exit fee wasn't paid and we were embarrassingly holding other drivers while we sorted payment, we were told this would be paid as we had booked before 26th April

Unprofessional Bad Company
The treatment myself and my family received upon receiving our car back from our holiday in Gatwick South was atrocious. The driver (initially didn't want to give us his name), just handed me the keys, got the car receipt handed to him and tried to leave until I called him out that my car engine was not switching on. The driver then proceeded to tell me that my car had to be jump started before he came to deliver it. I asked him why wasn't this made clear before he left for which he replied "it's none of the company's business, your car has a big problem, an electrical fault and was only doing 10 miles on motorway on the way to deliver it to you". He then continued stating that the company only has liability for exterior problems, but "your car is 2008, it's old and giving problems, it's not my fault". When I tried to clarify why was I not informed of this and why he was in such a rush to leave without us completing a survey of the outside aspect of the car, he stated "I told you, it's not my fault you didn't hear it, I have more work to do". During this time, there were 2 other representatives of your company whom refused to give out their names (one older Indian looking man with glasses missing some teeth and a younger looking Indian man with a high visibility jacket). They started speaking in their mother tongue, at this point attracting a small crowd of people watching the way we were being dealt with. The driver at a particular point walked away calling us "idiots" to their 2 colleagues and swearing in their language (verified by a fellow passer by who spoke their language and was shocked at how we were being treated). The 3 staff continued speaking in their language and were told by my wife to only speak English as courtesy to us. The driver at this point stated that it's not his fault I didn't hear that my car had to be jump started to deliver it and that why did I switch the engine off - he told me it was my fault the car 'died off'. When the driver stopped the car upon delivery HE SWITCHED my car off and handed me the keys. I just proceeded to turn it on to leave the airport. At this point I got really frustrated and called one of the staff that kept laughing at our reaction that he was "stupid" and why were they treating us this way. The younger member of staff intervened and stated that the company could send out a company car to jump start my vehicle, of which he stated it would cost us about £6. We were shocked at this, but just wanted to get out of the airport and go home, we had 4 children in the car, one of them being a baby. During this time my wife also called recovery just in case we waited a long time for Britannia to come and jump start our car. Brittania never came to jump start our car. During all of this, a kind man offered to jump start our car and once all was in place we set of home, still no show of Brittania to jump start our car. The 3 men left, no apologies, only smirks stamped on their faces. I had to pay £6 on exit due to all of this and my children were crying as they felt we were in danger.
By the way we were doing 70 miles an hour returning home to London, only slowing down with M25 and local traffic. Our car had 30 extra miles on the clock, so if Faizal was doing 10 miles an hour upon returning our car, that would have meant he could deliver it within 1h30, which was not the case. I am still baffled at the appalling way me and my family were treated, no consideration given as we had 1 baby and 3 children who heard everything and were very upset. I URGE PEOPLE NOT TO USE THEM AT ALL - really bad company.

Booked for the second year. Departed from Gatwick North terminal.
Arrived early in the morning, collection was made within 10 mins of arrival. Swift collection, did not complete inspection, but wasn't worried about that this time.
The collection process again easy, called when came back through the baggage reclaim, by the time we had got to the top of the car park we only had a 5 minute wait for the cars to come back.
You do have to pay the £3 exit free, but they state this on the website so was fully expecting this.
I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to friends, it is the easiest way to park your car, stress free and simple.
Do Not Use This Company - Long Wait For Drop & Return
Had to wait 30 minutes at the drop-off point at Gatwick for them to collect the car, despite phoning them 20 minutes before arrival. Each time I rang them I was told that a driver would be there in 3 minutes.
Waited 35 minutes for them to deliver the car on returning to the UK. Again I got the standard response of the driver will be there in 3 minutes.
This is the worst Meet & Greet company I have ever used & will never use them again.

Service Is Appauling And Meet And Greet Is A Joke
Do not use this company. As requested we contacted them 20 minutes before arrival at Gatwick yet had to wait 40 minutes for them to show up and collect our car. Not exactly meet and greet. On our return, again phoned them 20 minutes before hand and again had to wait about 40 minutes for our car to be delivered. That was the best part. Our car was covered in bird droppings and covered in mud and the driver apologised and said the car had been parked under a tree. He also said his boss would refund our parking fee and add £20 towards cleaning the car. Needless to say, despite numerous phone calls and e-mails we are coming across a 'wall of silence'. Friends of ours used the park and ride service and were on the M25 while we were still waiting for our car. Sums this company up. Please do not use them you will very disappointed if you do.

Easy Car Parking
One of mine friends recently used BAP and when I needed a parking company, he recommended me to use this airport car parking and now I feel so good that I listened to him and selected this company. It is so easy to park at Gatwick now.
