WOW AIR IS THE WORST AIRLINE EVER, MY MUM WHO IS AN OLD PENSIONER PAID FOR HER LUGGAGE AND WAS UNABLE TO CARRY HER LUGGAGE WITH HER DUE TO WOW AIR INCONSITENCE AND THEIR INDIAN PARTNERS THAT THEY ARE WORKING WITH. IT IS SO APPALING TO KONW THAT MY MOTHER HAD TO LEAVE ALL HER PERSONAL BELONGINGS BEHIND AND HAD TO PURCHSE CLOTHES WHEN SHE ARRIVED IN THE USA. MY MUM ASKED FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER ON THE FLIGHT AND WAS DENIED AND TOLD THAT SHE HAD TO PAY FOR IT.

SHAME ON YOUR AIRLINE, I HOPE THAT EVERYONE WILL REALISED THAT YOUR AIRLINE IS AN ABSOULETE CROP. YOUR PACKAGE AND AIRLINE EXPERIENCE IS MUCH CHEAPER THAN YOUR PRICES. WHAT A CLASS OF QUANTITY CHEAPNESS!!!!!

Flew from Paris to Baltimore, with a layover in Iceland. Airfare was cheap and flights went smoothly and were on time. No issues whatsoever. I would fly with them again!

I have never met a worse airline in my life..Even one star is too much for this airlineDirty aircraft with smell of sweat have not been removed for many weeks...Aircraft are so dirty that any disease can not be ruled out I wonder why The Health Department USA allows WOW aircrafts use US Airports...THere is no elementary service on board the aircrafts..Toilets very dirty with the smell of urine...Crew members are rude and do not know English well...Please beware of this airline

My wife and I scheduled a flight with this airline to take a trip with another family. We were delayed at the Frankfurt, Germany Airport all day with zero information until the flight was ultimately cancelled. The excuse was a broken plane, but the flight crew never showed up to the gate at all. It was Friday the 13th, so I am sure that they had no intentions of ever flying, sadly. The other family we were traveling with received a refund for their cancelled flight; and I called about an hour after they did, but I was promptly redirected to India, who were entirely unhelpful. I have yet to hear from actual Iceland Air about my refund, and have always been redirected to India when I have called them. I have opened a ticket on the WOW Air website, and I have heard nothing from them, despite numerous attempts to show my fervor to receive a full refund. Avoid at all costs. Taking the cheap route will wind up costing more money in the long run. We lost all of our money for our reservations, hotels, and tours. I am probably going to have to spend more money suing them than the ticket cost me. But, I am going to do it as a matter of principle. If you are undecided on them, check out their twitter feed. I wish I had done so prior to booking with them.

I took WOW to go to Reykjavik as their tariffs were quite attractive. But considering that the ticket is uncluded a place to seat and a cabin baggage the size of a lady handbag, the low tariff is becoming quickly pretty expensive. We didn't even had a glass of water for flight of 3h30, we had to buy a bottle. The seats are small and uncomfortable. On my way to Reykjavik my neighbour was a tall and large guy that was almost not fitting I to the very narrow space of the seat. And even with free seats at the front where he would have been more at ease, they refused to move him (probably because these seats have to be booked at a very expensive cost before flying).

Extremely disappointed of my 1st experience with WOW, will never use them again.

They are not consistent at all with their carry on policies. They just want to make extra money. They are also always late. therefore, if you have a connecting flight, make sure there is a large gap between. Not worth booking with them in my opinion no matter how good the deal may be.

Flew to Iceland with WOW Air last week.

No delays, plenty of room, good snacks! Flight attendants were helpful and plane was lovely and clean!

Flew with other airlines (The blue ones and oranges ones - not mentioning names!)

WOW Air was a much higher standard than any other short haul flight I have been on!

I made a reservation with wow air and I did not received any confirmation.

I saw that the amount was debited on my bank account so I tried to call them in order to cancel it.

I is not easy to reach them. I am French and the French number does not answer and there is a voice-mail speaking Icelandic.

I tried to write some mails but they don't answer it.

I tried to Icelandic number but it is the same thing with no answer...

I nearly have the impression that Wow air is a fake company because they took money from me without any confirmation (I just received an email saying that the paiement had failed), and know contacting them is nearly impossible...

Who would like this stress on such amounts of money ?
