Mokulele Airline

I you ever get a chance to visit the Hawaiian Islands, DO NOT even think about flying on Go! Mokulele airlines. It was by far the worst travel experience we have ever had. The flights were severely delayed which will happen from time to time, but the customer service was horrendous. No one kept the passengers informed of what was going and acted extremely inconvenienced when questioned about what was going on. You would think a smaller regional airlines would do everything they could to build a solid reputation, but the personnel did not seem to care at all. It is easy to say that we will never, ever fly on Go! Mokulele again and will not recommend flying with them to anyone, not even our worst enemy.
