Hong Kong Express

My experience for this company was positive. For the price i paid, i got good service. A real value deal! I would recommend this company

I was booked on one of their flights and discovered, quite by chance, that they had terminated the service on the route a few weeks before I was due to fly. I discovered this four days before my departure date.

They had made no attempt to contact me to advise me of this, despite having an email address and a telephone number.

The premise they seemed to be working on was they would, presumably, tell people at the airport when they turned up for their flight. They did put me on another carrier's flight but it took two days of liaison with their call centre to get that sorted.

Cheaper than their rivals and just as good. Hong Kong Express beats all the European value operators on quality and service. New planes, leather seats; pretty good all round. 8 business class seat only.
