Bad, Very Bad.
After an overnight GOL flight from Rio to Caracas via Sao Paulo (arrived at 7am in Caracas), we had a flight to Punta Cana at 4pm. While in line for check in, GOL personnel took our info (reservation number and names) and they ended up moving us to another ghost flight that left Caracas at 3am. Afterwards I called GOL and they were not even aware of this as they said the flight left on time from Caracas. In fact, what happened was that the 7:30am flight to Punta Cana was cancelled and all of the pax were moved to the 4pm and thus all of the pax from the 4pm to a new flight that was scheduled for 8pm. So, an 11hr delay and no record of it. Shame on you GOL.

Gol's Internet Site Is Simple, Efficient, Allows T
GOL's internet site is simple, efficient, allows to pay with major credit card and print straight away an e-ticket. Brazilians internal airports are a bit different from the ones in Europe and/or USA, therefore there might be some unsual situation like gate changes at the last minute, but this is not Gol's responsability to be honest. Once onboard, the crew is helpful and despite being a low budget currier, they will provide you some extra snacks and drinks on request. There no alcohol availability.
