Garuda Indonesia

This airline is terrible…..they cancelled my flight and still haven't refunded my money back. I'm literally fighting with the airline to receive a refund. Everytime I call they say give it 7-10 days, 2 weeks later 7-10 days….they haven't replied to a single email i've sent to them. they are totally preposterous - don't waste your time or money

Last year I used Garuda to fly to Bali for AU$400 and was very impressed with the whole experience. It seems this year, they dont want my money as their fare is well over AU$700. Jetstar and Airasia were far cheaper. Is Garuda Airlines that over booked that it can't do cheaper fares to their own country? Not impressed at all.

Now garuda is very different from the last 5 years now garuda is Very clean and new plane the sevice is good the flight attendant is very nice the pilot is very professional fantastic airline to fly with good job garuda
