I Wouldn't Fly With Fly Zoom If I Was In A Hurry O
I wouldn't fly with Fly Zoom if I was in a hurry or hungry, as we had a 24 hour delay. However, when the food is available it is excellent.
Unreliable, Unprofessional Simply Not Worth The Ef
Unreliable, unprofessional simply not worth the effort, does not even provide an acceptable alternative. Flight was first changed to earlier time, messing up our schedule.
After we re-scheduled everything to accommodate it, a month later we were told the flight is now cancelled and our only option would be to fly 2 days later which means our whole purpose of flying over for a wedding is useless!
Disgusted At Their Customer Service. I Had Flights
Disgusted at their customer service. I had flights booked and had insurance. Had to change flight due to mother dying. Zoom said no need to cancel and rebook will xfer. insurance will cover. NOT TRUE. You have to leave the country before insurance kicks in. Go back to Zoom, sorry but no money because you should have cancelled!!! Phoned to complain, no joy, emailed, no joy...$750 on top of original flights and still NO RESPONSE..filled out their complaint section on their website still NO RESPONSE and they closed the file without any feedback...."ZOOM my personal experience with YOUR customer service is the worst I have ever had to experience" I will NOT fly with ZOOM ever again.

I Have Not Flown Air Canada Or Ba Since Discoverin
I have not flown Air Canada or BA since discovering Zoom - and see no reason to change my mind. Prices can't be beaten, and service that matches BA or other 'quality airline'. Zoom planes are new, clean, quiet. Have recommended Zoom to many firends and all have thanked me for the tip.

Would Definitely Fly With Zoom Again. They Have Ha
Would definitely fly with Zoom again. They have had some bad reviews and I was quite apprehensive about flying with them - however, we arrived in Toronto on time and back at LGW on the 1st of October as scheduled, the flight attendants were friendly, the food was OK, and our luggage arrived fine (many people in other reviews seem to have had lost baggage on previous flights). Not as good in-flight entertainment as on other airlines as no individual screens but then again if you pay such a minimal amount for a flight, then you shouldn't expect luxuries!

Zoom Operate A Boeing 757 Aircraft On The Belfast
Zoom operate a Boeing 757 aircraft on the Belfast to Toronto route. It makes a scheduled stop at Halifax for one hour. Compared to other airlines, the flights were very cheap, and the premium economy section gave us good leg room. Economy passengers have to endure high-density seating with is not pleasant on an eight hour flight.
Only two meal options, veg or non-veg, which isn't great if you have a special dietary requirement. All this said, compared to ticket prices from other airlines, its still good value. At the end of the day, its good value, if you can afford to upgrade it makes all the difference.
When booking seats on line, you can choose where you want to sit on the seating plan, if you can avoid sitting near a door, do it at all costs or you will be frozen. If you have to sit beside the door.... wear a coat!

The Fly Zoom Flight (oom315 Gatwick-->calgary--> V
The Fly Zoom flight (OOM315 Gatwick-->Calgary--> Vancouver) was due to leave Gatwick at 5.55am, which meant getting up at some unearthly hour to get to the check-in about 3.55am (for non-Premium, it was 2:55am). To then be in the departure lounge and find that the flight will be delayed by 2.5 hours was NOT appreciated, and not a good start to a holiday.
