Lost Luggage

They managed somehow 2 lost my bag at a halfempty flight. They never called me back inspite of my multiple calls. I had 2 make a call 2 Sweden (country of origin) to get at least some information.

Completely f''''ed up.

Low-cost Airline But With Scheduled Service. I Was

Low-cost airline but with scheduled service. I was given free sandwich and drinks. The sandwich was great with fresh and crispy lettuce. It tasted like made on the spot.

They also came around the cabin with some loan magazines for people to read.

A very good experience.

Fly Niki Is The Worst Airline Ever, I Have Never H

Fly Niki is The worst airline ever, i have never had a bad experience like this during my flight from Rome to Wien first of all at the check in counter i dealt with a girl who is in my opinion the worst front liner you can meet in your life, no greetings or smiling her welcome message is do you know you will pay excess weight if you exceed 20 kilos!!! very rude and impolite to the extent that she is asking the passengers to remove other airline tags on luggage by themself because may be she fears that one of her nails can be broken, she insisted that i pay extra weight for only 2 kilos excess which is ignorable in all other airlines, when i tried to escalate the matter and asked about her manager she told me we have no manager and refused to give me her name, finaly i spoke with someone responsible who admits that he can do nothing regarding this and advised me not to write a complain because no one will respond and he was correct. finaly when i arrived at wien i found some missing items from my luggage. i advise everyone to make external packing for his luggages before dealing with this people, step away and search for any alternative other than this airline

Other Airlines Do Inform You By Email Of A Change

Other airlines do inform you by email of a change of flight and they request a response so they know you received the message. Niki Air need to realise that just sending an email doesn't necessarily mean that it arrives to the recipient!
