Corsairfly

Having been forced to cancel a trip following the passing of my father, I am unable to get my tickets reimbursed par Corsairfly even though I had contracted the cancellation insurance. They originally asked me up to eight weeks to get the money back (when they charge you in 24 hours when you buy). And after ten weeks they have even stopped talking to me. I am out of 1,800 Euros that I may never recover. As anybody experience a similar situation?

the flight is 6 hours late. we lost a day out of 6 in Paris.

They do not compensate in any way. The reason is unforgivable-we were told that the pilots need to sleep and this is the reason of the delay.

We paid a lot of money(it is a regular flight not a charter)

I will never fly with this company again and I suggest all people not to fly with this company.
