City Jet

Rescheduled my flight two weeks prior to departure from an evening flight to a flight during the working day, will not refund the cost of the ticket as it is less than 3 hours difference. Can not rely on the airline.

I AM EXTREMELY DISGUSTED BY CITY JET, THE WAY THEY HAVE TREATED ME , THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE DISABLED AND WHEN I WENT TO GO TO THE GATE TO PUT MY LUGGAGE IN, THE GATE WAS SUPPOSED TO OPEN 18.25 THE STAFF OPENED THE GATE AT 18.45 , AND THE STAFF THEN BLAMED SYSTEM. I HAVE COMPLAINED BY VERBAL AND ALSO BY E-MAIL AND HAVE BEEN IGNORED !!!!!!!!!!!!I AM SEVERALLY DISABLED AND THE WAY THAT THEY TREATED WAS HUMILIATING AND EMBARRASSING AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO BADLY TREATED BY A AIRLINE IN MY LIFE. E GROUND STEWARDESS'S MADE ME WALK ACROSS TO THE DISABLED ASSISTANCE THEN WHEN I WAS AT THE DEPARTURE GATE , THEY MADE ME WALK DOWN THREE FLIGHTS OF STAIRS AND THEN ON TO THE TARMAC AND ON TO THE FLIGHT UP FIVE STAIRS, WHEN O TOLD THEM I COULDN'T GO DOWN THE STAIRS THEY SAID WELL EITHER YOU DO OR YOU WILL MISS YOUR FIGHT.. I WAS ON TWO WALKING STICKS, AND WHEN I GOT ON THE PLANE I WAS SO MUCH PAIN I BROKE DOWN AND CRIED AND WANTED TO COMMIT SUICIDE, ADN I THOUGHT ABOUT OPENING THE PLANE HATCH AND THEN LETING MYSELF GO ....BUT THEN I THOUGHT ABOUT THE OTHERS THAT WERE ON THE PLANE AND I DIDNT WANT THEM TO DIE AS WELL. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT FLY WITH CITY JET THEY DO NOT CARE DISABLED PEOPLE........ I WISH CITY JET WAS NEVER THOUGHT OF, I HAVE SUFFERED EVER SINCE BECAUSE OF THEM. !!!!!!!!!! MY NAME IS SANDRA SHEPHEARD, JUST IN CASE ANYONE WANTS TO RING ME ON THIS COMPLAINT.

We were traveling to paris with City Jet and overall had a very good experience with them. The food was very limited and not very nice, but the flight was just only just over and hour long. The seats were very comfortable (Avro RJ85) and the legroom was very ample.

The seats are cramped (3 on each side of the central aisle) so if the flight is full you have the person next to you elbows in your side all the way.

Not classed as a low cost airline but the service is at that level unless you pay and arm and a leg to go in the business section with the same seats as economy.
