Horrible Customer Service
Its sad that his airline seems to continues to get horrible customer service ratings. The flights are cheap but after my experience with them I think I will be paying the extra money to assure my flight is trouble free. I understand no one can control the weather, but to take over 157 passengers that were going to Flint, MI and take them to Pittsburg,PA and just tell them they can stay in Pittsburg and fend for themselves basically or fly back to Florida and do the same. No one at their ticket counter to tell us anything or help us with anything. This is HORRIBLE!!! wish I would of read the reviews before booking with them, lesion learned..
Extreme Lack Of Customer Service
No wonder their reviews are so bad. We had a round trip booked and paid for. I did not have the flight insurance. My wife became very ill and required major surgery. She will be facing some major life changes. Her doctor told us we would have to cancel our plans. A customer service representative says all they can do is credit $140.00 to an Allegiant voucher. Now that is (NOT) great customer service. I would have thought that they could have done something. It's about a quarter return. I let them know 20 days before the scheduled flight. Needless to say I'll never use Allegiant again, and let anyone know of their crappie money hungry service. I would have gladly taken a voucher for a future booking.
Worse Ever!!!!!!!!!
Traveled with Allegiant for the first time June 26th and little and behold they lost my luggage. The bad part was I was boarding a cruise and had little time to go to walmart and get personal items. To say the least I didnt get my luggage until 8 days later after my vacation was over. Since then ive tried calling and emailing Allegiant and no one will respond to my concerns or answer. Im exteremly dissapointed and will never travel with them again. I dont recommend anyone flying with them
Ruined My Life
This was awful. First there was no one at the desk, and then we get an email saying it's delayed, so we go up to get on and they had a cancelled sign. So now we had to pay an extra 2,000 for new tickets for another flight because this one was so awful, BUT no worries.. Because they have us an 8 dollar food voucher ticket that "should work" in most places in the airport. Never again.

I would not recommend this airline to anybody !!! They are so slow, they only care about themselves and about making money !! I missed my flight because nobody was at the front desk. I had to call twice to get an allegiant representative to come to the front desk. They misplaced about 20 peoples luggage !!!!!!!! They are very unprofessional !!!!!!!
Poor Service, Lack Of Costumer Consideration
I would like to say that I think paying to have family members sit next to each other is ridiculous and obviously points out how greedy the air line is and will use every tactic necessary to make an extra buck. I intend to let my friends and family know how this airline likes to take advantage of family flyers in order to dig deeper into their pocket book! And I would like to mention sitting on hold for 45 minutes then being hung up on while I tried to called to resolve some issue. Some people also call that a tactic. Who would wait 45 minutes for someone to answer. Customer service sucks too!
Sub Hell Sucks
Only Available online, or through a travel agent? I've booked twice before for groups of people. Once was late by an hour and a half. The other was cancelled until next day with standby status, mechanical problems? no other airline credit or travel arrangements extended.. for 24 hours!!! Seats don't recline, even the higher priced BS add-on seats. They nickel and dime you to death, then don't deliver. I Hate this airline and hope they go broke 6000 years ago... They are the anti-........ Fly southwest or united or strapped to a russian missile.. How can such an overreaching treacherous government allow such an ill foul smell in the air? It's like the one cheak sneak I guess. These Guys overly suck. My rating is well below one star. It's a negative. I Hate your airlines. Only from someone who has been ripped off numerous times would you hear a review of Allegiant airlines like this... They Bite Big!!!! Like Dung covering Dung. Beware of them!!! May they fail faster than fast!!! Burn!!!
Wrost Airline Ever
After airfare doubled with all fees, if we're 2.5 hours behind, asked to leave the plane and still had to pay for soft drinks.

Worst Experience Flying
This airline is awful I was going to ft lauderdale from Memphis then diverted to punta gorda to fuel up and were 3 hours late getting to ft lauderdale. On the return flight I started getting texts of the flight being delayed no explanation no human to talk to. Once in the airport trying get info was no easier, the ticket agents were rude, unprofessional and down right nasty! The flight was delayed 7 hours the only thing we got was a 9.00 dollar voucher that won't buy much in the airport. No apologies for the inconvenience just bad attitudes. I talked to many other travelers while waiting for other flights with airline and everyone had a story of their horrible experience said they will never fly the airline again.
Lack Of Communication
My flight was delayed 4 hours to my destination, and canceled on my way home. This airline is unreliable. This all would have been fine, except for the fact that the staff didn't give us an explanation as to what was causing the delays. All the passengers were confused and no one knew what was going on. Completely chaotic
