Our husbands recently booked a fishing holiday in Madagascar, to say the least Air Madagascar is the most unprofessional airline which we ever had the honor to deal with, as we go on overseas holidays a number of times a year.The flights were delayed on numerous occasions from south Africa as well as the connections within Madagascar, which left them stranded and once without accommodation for a night in MADAGASCAR, communication from Madagascar Airlines was shocking and the delays all happened within 24 hour windows each time, costing extra money for us on 4 occasions to book connection flights within SA for the delayed flights to and from Madagascar, on their way back from Nossi to Antananarivo they stopped at another airport at which they got off and had to rush back to the aircraft as Air Madagascar failed to tell them about it prior to the flight, we as a family wanted to visit Madagascar next year however due to their shocking service and complete ignorance for customers, we have decided against it
