Air Arabia

Air Arabia failed to notify me when the flight was delayed with two days! On top of that, on the day of the actual flight there was a delay of 5 hours. I received a voucher that could not even cover the price of meal, so I could barely buy a cup of hot chocolate and a muffin with it.

The representation of Air Arabia is lacking. They are represented by a 3rd party company and will deflect any mistakes, errors or problems to Air Arabia, which can only be contacted through one Moroccan contact number (you can imagine the expense).

When you mail Air Arabia, you don't get any response. They don't acknowledge their mistakes nor apologise for them.

I was happy at first with Air Arabia. It was a low cost carrier that brought you from point A to B without any fuzz without any problems. However, when problems will arise, and they will arise, you are treated as cattle instead of a customer. I will never travel with Air Arabia again.

Flight was shedulled for 10:35 than 11:15. A phonecall to Casablanca office : 4hours delay. now 5 hours delay and they don't inform customers. Will we leave today??? They don't repect their customers, so don't use them, there are enough other companies

Tried to fly from Casablaca to Amsterdam. The checkin desk closed 15 minms before time so i couldnt get on the flight anymore. when i ran to the Air Arabia office on the airport they just told me to book a new ticket. When i said id never fly with them anymore the guy got mad, stepped out of his office and started fighting with me.

NEVER AGAIN!!

Useless company very difficult to contact them.

They have taken my money and not provided the servoce and will not give my money back, I have to call international numbers to speak to them and even then they are negatove and unhelpful.

Will never fly with Air Arabia again. Easyjet is much better !!!!
