travelDep MS Royal Ruby 5 Star Nile Cruise Ship

First of all let me say that I'm disappointed with this ship. The outside looked way better then the inside.

It started off with us having to leave our passports at the counter (system or not we are NOT allowed to give our passports to anyone, unless there is a compelling law.) After much debating and some stern words from our group, we were handed our passports.

The cabins were cleaned, but they were cleaned in a haphazard way (according to my wife the cabins needed a feminine touch). Friends of ours had a sin (washbasin) that was on its last legs...(was repaired during the eraly stages of the cruise).

As for the food, it could use some spicing up, the meat that was served sometimes came in a grey sauce (which made it look very weird).

All in all, we were not happy with this cruise and have told our travel agent.

6 of us had 7 nights on the MS Ruby and enjoyed every minute of it, everything thing and every person was fantastic and very helpful and made our holiday one of the best we have had. I would love to go back and do it all again. 10/10. Thank you everyone.

JUST COME BACK FROM A 7 DAY NILE CRUISE AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BOAT WITHOUT ANY RESERVATIONS.

WENT ON THIS CRUISE WITH ALL THE APPREHENSION ABOUT STOMACH PROBLEMS, BUT THERE WAS NO ONE WHO HAD SUFFERED. FOOD WAS VARIED AND WOULD SUIT ALL TASTES ESPECIALLY VEGETARIANS.
