Our Luggage Was Badly Damaged And Insurance Compan
Our luggage was badly damaged and insurance company is not effective. Entertainment offered was not for all guests. Cruise director did not not respond ( 2x) after requesting an interview, however the travel agent forward my complaint to MSC one week ago. Had no response yet. Good overall experience on the MSC, Rhapsody
