Newlands Holiday Park, Lyme Regis

Park set in lovely area 10 mins from Charmouth village & the beach. The Dorset Ruby caravan was worn dated & in need of a good clean. The mattress was stained, we were given a new mattress cover. One of the single bed duvets was stained with what looked like blood. These are just a few on the problems we encountered. When we reported it the staff were not very interested & said there were no other caravans available. We made the best of a bad caravan by cleaning it ourselves. The area was lovely so we were out & about for as long as we could be, spending as little time in the caravan as we could. Also when looking at the park online there was no mention that the park was also used for tents & touring caravans.
