Tolroy Manor Holiday Park John Fowler Holidays, Hayle

We as part of a party of approx 60 people arrived at the site for a three night stay on Friday afternoon. The site looked great.then it began we entered our allotted accommodation it smelt very damp on checking the chalet we found the cutlery drawer fell off when you opened it. the windows were dirty with a brown type slimy stuff.the put you up bed had a mattress about an inch thick and was most uncomfortable the double bed was like a board.We had a dog with us for which we were charged £20 however there was not any facility ie drinking bowls etc around the site. The children in the party had no facilities available , the pool was closed. There was one female member of staff who was barmaid first aider receptionist anything that came along so service was very poor.Our trip is a regular event and when one considers the cost and on site prices John Fowler is a name to avoid or not to recommend on a out of ten scale it would be hard to score maybe two for site layout and club house apart from that what more is there to say. Totally disappointed as were all of our party
