Just Been To Cropredy Festival For 3 Days, Rage Vo

Just been to Cropredy festival for 3 days, Rage Volda tent was easy to erect and had loads of room inside.

Had previously had it erected in my back garden during the storms of July and only a small weep appeared, a drop of seam sealer on the outside cured that.

These people that claim it wont stand up to a light breeze or a drop of rain obviously can't put a tent up properly! How water is supposed to collect on a dome defeats me-perhaps they forgot to tie the lace up.

Only downside I could find was the lack of a vent to the outside in the bedrooms.

Bought This Rage Volda Off Ebay For £40 New.

Bought this Rage Volda off Ebay for £40 new. Put up in the garden at first, ripped it very easily with flimsy material. The rain came and it leaked like a sieve. Had to buy a seam sealer and a waterproofing solution to make it waterproof. The tent does not touch the ground in places, the material is about 4" short all the way round. Very draughty in breezy conditions, any severe wind and this tent would be no use. No sewn in groundsheet very poor. My advice would be to forget about this tent for the budget price and go for something of quality instead. Sometimes you pay for what you get.

Bought This Rage Volda Tent Of Ebay Last Year, I M

Bought this Rage Volda tent of Ebay last year, I must have got lucky I think reading all the other reviews. Mine has been brilliant, stood up well to heavy rain. Stood up against strong winds and never leaked. It is very easy to erect and is comfortable and spacious inside.

I Took The Rage Volda Tent On Holiday To Silloth W

I took the Rage Volda tent on holiday to Silloth with three children, fortunately for one night. Which turned out to be steadily windier. at four thirty am we had had enough and cleared the pitch. The children were upset and frightened with the bellying of the material and we felt at any moment the thing would collapse. Only glad I bought this on ebay for £30 new. A complete waste of money and now consigne to the bin.

I Bought This Tent For 10 Pounds. When I Put It Up

I bought this tent for 10 pounds. When I put it up I noticed that the design was ridiculous with basically a six foot water trap for a roof. The sides did not reach ground level by 3 to 4 inches and the poles did not triangulate for rigidity. I have camped enough to realise that this was useless as a tent. As an experiment I put it up in my garden and waited for rain. Mild wind was enough to blow it to half its height combined with the water heavy "flat roof" and leaking at every seam it was a disaster and should never have been sold as a tent for camping as it has probably ruined a lot of family holidays. My advice if bought new, return it as not fit for purpose.

This Tent Was A Waste Of Time, Money; It Completel

This tent was a waste of time, money; it completely ruined my main annual holiday by being of so poor quality it couldn't stand up to what amounted to a stiff breeze. Poor stitching, weak tension points and fabric that ripped very easily. I would never buy a Rage tent again.
