Do Not Buy This Tent. We Bought This Tent A Y
DO NOT BUY THIS TENT.
We bought this tent a year ago and have used it 3 times.
To be honest we thought it was fine it was pretty easy to put up, fitted the family in well and packed away well etc.
A few weekends ago we went camping in Dorset (hardly Patagonia!) it was a bit windy and a couple of the poles splintered we then managed put it up next weekend but more of the poles broke rendering it useless.
I have since contacted Blacks and as it is 1 month out of guarantee they are refusing to exchange it or offer me new poles. The best they could do was to offer me a 20% off voucher to buy some new poles which will cost me around £40.
Clearly they don't expect their £250 tents to last more than a year!
