Went Here Summer 2009 And Was Really Dissapointed.
Went here summer 2009 and was really dissapointed. The location isnt too bad but the site has become far too big and over-commecialised. Facilities poor, untidy, noisy, hoodies. I would not recommend this park.

I Thought The Park Was Spacious And Attractive. Wh
i thought the park was spacious and attractive. Whilst in the low season facilities were obviously limited the park at least provides a reasonable amount to do and will obviously be superb when in full swing.The staff were friendly and helpful and this is a park that is going places without ripping you off

Booked In For The Easter Break, First Day The Door
Booked in for the easter break, First day the door fell of the caravan but was soon fixed,the seconed night the gas failed and we had no heating or cooking for 14 hours, there was no explanation or apologies,we had to keep phoning the site for updates as the reception was closed and calls were taken by security staff, when we complained at reception on leaving we were told that (it was just one of those things)Not very satisfactory as we had two very young children that we had to go out and buy hot water bottles for.
we would not return to this site again.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
We are sorry to find that your stay with Monkey Tree Holiday Park was unsatisfactory.
Unfortunately it came to light towards the end of last season that the Park Manager had allowed the quality of the Park to slip to a standard, that we as owners felt completely unacceptable. As a result we acted quickly to rectify the situation, reliving the manager and taking the Park into our own direct control.
We have worked tirelessly throughout the Winter to improve the Park and its facilities and have achieved a standard far beyond that of last year.
We are also aware that there were a number of issues with the quality of customer service under the old management. I hope that my response to you now is an indication of our efforts to improve this whilst taking customer comments onboard.
