Flower of May, Bridlington, Fir Tree Park

Fantastic Park, facilities excellent.

Two bars on site with amusements. One bar for adults only and one for familys. (bingo and live entertainment in both bars.) Bar staff and kitchen staff extremley helpful and friendly.

Indoor pool at a small cost but well maintained.

Stayed in friends caravan which was also very nice and had everything we needed for a enjoyable holiday.

BAD POINTS:

SITE MANAGEMENT: Rude, Ignorant, sarcastic, unprofessional and impolite. Husband and wife think they own the site and below satisfactory at there job. This has been mentioned to the owner of the site and has been noted. This is not just my own feelings but I am expressing other people's feelings. This is a major concern of the majority of the caravan owners and users.

As a customer facing role a manager should be courteous and help with problems, not add to them.

So Management: Please feel free to leave at any point.

This may seem harsh but unfortunetly this is the reality. People only put up with the lack of managerial experience as they don't want to a ruin holiday.

May I add, Sales team very friendly and courteous.
