We visited Bude Holiday Park 25-29 April 2011.There were 6 of us,me,my husband,2 teenage daughters 16 & 13,plus my parents. We were a bit worried about our holiday after I booked it due to reading lots of negative reviews but we were very pleasantly surprised! Our caravan was clean,well-equipped and any problems(leak in toilet and faulty towel-rail)were efficiently resolved within the hour. We were within a 2 minute walking distance to the onsite shop, restaurant(Beachcomber, very nice meal and service),cabaret bar(we visited once on the last night and had a drink and quiz). We were also a 15 minute walk to the cliffs, lovely views and a further 10 minute walk down a steep but walkable gully to the sea(beach when the tide is out!).Gorgeous views, and got a stunning set of sunset photos from Crooklets beach one evening. Will definitely visit again and look forward to doing so.
