Vendays Montalivet Campsites

i've loved camping ,caravaning and generally exploring all my life but after the first visit here in 1994 I have never been the same again. Ignoring the obvious difference of this campsite to most others, this site has a shopping centre where you can buy clothes, food,camping supplies, meat, fish, wine, cakes & fast food. There are 4 eat in dinners, a cinema, tv lounges, games rooms, discoteche/youth club, kids clubs, swings, climbing thingy the size of a house, a number of games courts for football etc, 2 swimming pools each with lots of life guards, night time entertainment - bands/singers/hog roast. there are 2 beaches where wet suit & surf boards of all sizes are hired out. the beach is the best ive ever been on, thats all i can say.

i've now been there 4 times and if you go once you be hooked forever. its the largest of its kind in the world, has featured in thr guiness book of records anumber of times and has boasted 100,000 visitors a year
