I bought flights to singapore and received my e ticket details.

Thd day before i went to check innand it wouldn't work.

i called flight wizards and tgey said tge airlines website was down. I said it wasn't down as it was saying it didn't recognise the e ticket number.

They said not to worry and they were also having problems.

i turned up 3 hours early for the flights (luckily) and they said i couldn't check in as the agent hadn't activated the ticket. The Turkish airlines staff were really helpful and found that flightwizards had cancelled a flight linked in with our tickets. I rang flight wizards and after two hours of back and forth phone calls we still couldnt check in. They said they would refund me my £2000.

A week later still no refund despite emails and then they called to say we hadn't turned up to check in and missed our fkights.

I went to my credit card company with all the information to get my refund which i did get but no compensation for the fact i had to stay a night in gatwick, cost of new flights, cost of loss of hotel in singapore.

i would never trust flight wizards and woukd not recommend them.

Never trust this site we have lost up to £2460 and we never got our tickets its nearly coming up to a year now as we have reported them to the police but nothing has happend since.

We booked flights to pakistan here we paid but no e tickets came we gave em 24 hours notice to give money or e tickets or we will take them to court and have them arrested but we will see what happens. Trust me never use this sit EVEi we could lose 3000 pounds

I am always nervous about booking flights through a company I've never heard of but thought I would give it a go. Please trust your instincts - I didn't go through with the booking as the service was so awful, and put me on edge. The usual stuff - strange phone reception, not calling back until days after the 'booking', hanging up on the customer. When I would call back they would say they recognised my query and provide me with completely different destinations to the flights I was looking at! When they did call back, it was of course with the option of a flight £200 more than their original promise. When I told them Politely I did not want to go through with the booking they found for me, the agent dealing with my query got nasty and proceeded to harass me, calling me 18 times in the space of 5 minutes when I didn't answer.

Please trust your instincts and go with a reputable company you've heard of. It's easy to get seduced when you think you are getting a cheap deal but please, it's not worth it you don't feel safe.

They were advertising a flight to Auckland for 749 so we rang and it was all false advertising. Said there wasn't a flight for that price because its peak season.

We found a reasonable price flight so they took card details and billing address and straight away they hung up and we got an email saying payment wasn't successful and sent a link for an online payment which we didn't do as we don't like payments over internet. We rang first thing next morning and they asked if another flight was okay (completely different days and times) we said this wasn't ok, and he said something about payment. He had already took it! After a big argument, he has finally said he has refunded the money but who knows if we will get it back..

Being suspicious, I looked up all their addresses on google maps - all flats! Don't trust them at all.

Contacted Flight Wizard giving details of my planned trip to Australia. I wished to leave Manchester middle of November and return sometime around April. [name removed] informed me that the cheapest way to do this trip was a 3 month ticket with Singapore Airlines, suggesting that around 2 weeks prior to the return date in February I contact Singapore Airlines to change the return date.

SIMPLE......don't you believe it.

I received my E ticket and immediately raised concern with [name removed] that it stated not to be used after 21st February. She replied saying that many clients had used this method and not to be concerned as Singapore Airlines would amend the return date to March or April.

I requested a change of return date, 1 month prior to the stated return date to be told by Singapore Airlines that I had been sold a ticket, namely, a V ticket, that any agent knows could not be changed. I had to spend almost a week of my holiday meeting different staff of Singapore Airlines until, finally, my track record with them showed that I had flown many miles with them and they changed the return date but at a cost of £280 . The manager of the Brisbane branch reiterated that any agent would know that the grade of ticket sold to me was not changeable

I was sold a ticket not suitable for the purpose.

I have had scant reply from Flight Wizards who are showing no concern whatever

I would not recommend this Agency to any of my friends and I trust that my words are heeded by anyone new to the Agency

I am overall satisfied with the service i received, the operator was very helpful and efficient and answered all the questioned i had fully. Customer service was second to none as i actually received a callback when asked which is a quality many other companies are yet to acquire.

Rachel has been so fantastic, extremely helpful and patient, eager to reply to any question I had specially when I called a few minutes before and had a really rude chap on the telephone. I decided to hung up and ring back and had the fortune of getting Rachel mcfly on the line. I could not ask for a better service. She kept in contact with me through the telephone as well as via emails to update me on the process of my booking. In fact she's given me the best customer service I have ever had and because of her I would definitely use flight wizzards in future. This young lady should be an example of what customer service should all be about and I can't praise her enough.

Spoke to Arun from the start, he is very friendly, and efficient, finding me the right price for our flights and sorting out our visas.

I would recommend flight wizard to friends and will be contacting Arun again nxt year to book more flights back to Melbourne !!

I'm not super confident with on line and telephone booking - I'm an old fashioned bod who likes to deal with real people - but this was easy! The initial website was clear and easily negotiated and when I phoned Flight Wizards the operator was very competent, quick and courteous, even although my requirements were not simple and straight forward.

Initially I was not happy when the phone call was answered by by someone with a foreign accent. I know this is very 'un PC' but I live in a remote rural area where we seldom encounter other ethnic groups and I am afraid of not understanding and causing offence - or actually getting the booking wrong, but my fears were groundless and Arun was patient, helpful and very efficient.

Yes! I'm impressed!
