I tried to book my ticket from London to Ghana (Accra) and back, they came up as the cheapest, I called them and they said the price was way higher than advertised so I told them not to worry. A few minutes later they called to say they had a ticket for the price I originally saw, so I decided to go with it. They asked me to pay a £50 deposit which I did, they asked me to email them the full name I wanted to book the ticket for so I sent it through email, they then sent a reply with some sort of booking details from British Airway and for me to confirm the details which was right so I replied saying all was correct.

I noticed something was wrong when I went on British Airway's website and realised they had used his surname as first name and first name as surname, so I decided to inform them and they said it was no problem and they were going to change the details. They came back to say we have changed the detail but the ticket price had gone up from £472 to about £750. I asked them what happend to the ticket they sold to me, they said they had lost it so I either pay £750 which was the price I rejected in the first place or I lose my deposit, even though on British Airways itself was going for much cheaper

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

I wish I read their reviews before departing with my money, I am not the only one they've done this to.

thanks for giving me such a fantastic service. i booked a flight with travel hunt one month before for Harare. Got very good reasonable price from sale department . made the full payment got ticket in an hour. come back last weak safe and sound. i request them to give me a window side seat i got that seat as well. hopefully i will travel with this company again. and surely recommended to every one to try it.

good experience for single and also family booking .

I booked a flight with Travel Hunt for Atlanta. Payed deposit and got a confirm reservation details which i also confirm from Airline on the same day but after some time when i check again with Delta Airline they told me that my reservation was already expired. I contact with sales department immediately they told me reservation was expire due to late payment because my Remaining Payment due date was over few dates ago. I understand and admit the mistake, a guy in sales department make a new reservation for me within same dates but with a 40GBP fare difference because same classes are not available but he issued the Ticket within 2 hours. All the processes is smooth and fair. Sales department is good and respond rapidly but i gave 4 stars because of Ticketing department laziness. They need to send notification to their costumes to keep them aware.

Excellent and professional service.As someone on a budget I contacted Travel Hunt to see what offers are available for the summer holidays. He made sure to get me the best offer on the market. He was very patient,kind and understanding considering I kept on changing my mind and seemed unsure at times.I had been let down by another travel agent and I was having doubts and trust issues but I was constantly reassured and everything was done transparently with no hidden costs or fees. I booked a holiday to Mauritius for this August. I found the staff very obliging and helpful, explained all details to me clearly and responded timely. One thing that let me write this review is that they reserved my seat with British Airways before I paid anything and once I paid the ticket price I got my e-ticket within one hour. I'm very pleased by the services provided and I will definitely recommend this traveling agency.
