This was a really fantastic trip arranged by My Happy Journey....they provide hotels at very cheapest cost compare to others. They are working on no profit no loss. In whole trip driver co operate and guide us very nicely. Even every hotels were really good.

After that I referred my 3 friends and all are really very satisfied and happy by this tour.

I would like to thank Akhila mam and Rahi mam who are really good in terms of arranging good places and tour.

There was no option below 1 star if there was I would have given that. My daughter specially came from overseas to have a family trip which was a disaster, all thanks to 'MY HAPPY JOURNEY". First 3 days were ok but not good as we were given hotel 8km away from the Munnar but the driver Subin was good so we managed somehow. But the 4th day started and the driver Sooraj that we got was terrible. These guys promised us the hotel to be 3 star and gave us may be 1 star hotel. We complained to the MHJ and the response was you should have checked it beforehand. Next moving on to sight seeing the driver did not really care about us and was rude and arrogant. He said no to the itenary places and was ignorant. Next morning while checking out he said 'that i will not bring car to your hotel as it is a narrow street, you bring your luggage to parking that is 1 km ahead'. Let me tell you all the cars were coming and going there was no problem in commuting. As we tried to contact the MHJ after our checkout they did not even picked up the call.Not recommending for anyone. If you guys want to ruin your holidays please book with them. I am definitely not seeing these people ever again.

Nice selection of hotels and nice tempo traveller for the entire tour.

We all enjoyed very much in the 7 days tour. Highlight is munnar hotel - Eastend.which is inside the city and rooms are very spacious. We like the stay very much.

Food arrangements are at our excellence according to Bengali standards.

Only kanyakumari day visit is tedious and we miss the sunset. Rest everything is best.

Highly dissatisfied with the tour arrangements made

The driver did not inform what place was being visited. That was being so rude.

The package had contents which included waterfalls and other dams, which were not a pleasant sight to visit. The team should have taken care of not including these in the package. Had to shell out extra amount due to visits to non itenary places.

Overall this was not a good experience at all

I am explaining my experience here its all up to you to decide.

I had booked my Kerala honeymoon trip 4 nights 5 days with myhappyjourney but these guys troubling me from day 1 of confirmation.

Initially they gave me trouble in mode of payment secondly they booked 2 star hotel in munnar for which no proper response from them and next finally the issue is in houseboat.

They promised that they will arrange wedding cake along with flower decoration as complimentary for honeymoon couple. But after dinner at 9:30 until I asked the RAJDHANI boat guys even dont know about these complimentary things. When I asked for boat owner he confirms no communication to us regarding the same.

After some 15 minutes followup with Mr Ajit they confirmed they will arrange cake and FLOWER POTS not the flower decoration which makes me disappointed. Also the boat owner confirmed for the other 15couples from MYHAPPYJOURNEY confirms to have honeymoon package but for me they didnt do also for the rest they gave wedding cake before dinner and then dinner and then flower decoration.

Because of the worst communication from MHJ they planned to arrange the things after dinner(CAKE) and flower pots not flower decoration.

Guys when they said that you have complimentary things ask them clearly what and when exactly they are going to provide.

I just want to share My happy Kashmir tour experiance with Myhappyjourney.com

We just now return from 7 days Kashmir tour and i want to share my experiances here.

We reached srinagar airport by 1.00 Pm and we are received with a smile and check in to Butterfly Houseboats. The house boat is very Good furnished and Food is Yummy.

Then we transferred to Gulmarg for a day trip and we enjoyed the gondola Ride.

Then we stayed in Pahalgam for 2 nights stayed in Hotel Pine spring which is awesome resort. Pony ride was mind blowing.

Then we stayed in srinagar for 2 nights in Grand Mumtaz,The hotel is okie and up to my expectations.

I thank Myhappjourney for arranging nice hotels and nice Car( XUV 500) Thanks to Mr Ameer for showing us all places with a smile.I ll sureley travel with myhappyjourney for sure in future.

I have booked through my happy journey for munnar & kumarakom . It was totally worst experience. As they promised they never taken us to several good places in Munnar, We could not slept the whole night in resort which they provided due to light went down, mosquito bite. Till morning they did not started diesel generator.They have provided worst house boat at kumarakom, boat driver ran the boat only few round & stopped before time.In boat they have provided cheap food with one small pieces of "karimeen". Dear All tourists don't rely on their offer. Go with reputed travels for tour packages.

In the August 2015, our group of 10 people decided to go on a trip to Ladakh and unfortunately got strangled with the supposedly good offer proposed by myhappyjourney  agent. People at their end will only and only provide you service till the time you have made their full payment which again they ask for much in advance by threatening you regarding the hotel bookings and vehicle bookings. But on the contrary they do not pay those deserving people even much after your trip is over. This created a hell lot of confusion, stress and threats among us as people there ask you about the money again and again even though you have made the full payment to myhappyjourney. On failing to receive the payment despite of being extremely helpful, polite and good human beings, they have no choice but to keep you away from the service or atleast threaten you saying they wont be able to make any arrangements for the car you booked, or for the hotel you booked for the obvious reasons that even drivers and hotel people will ask for the payment. Nothing was communicated to our respective hotel managers, shikara people, cab drivers about our arrival and our itinerary even after giving confirmation of all of it to us in writing through mail. Each day we as a group struggled to get through the respective people at our end, finally our local travel agent at Leh came to rescue making sure we get what we are promised though again she wasn’t paid for doing so yet. Each night was a battle with myhappyjourney people and local travel agents there. Myhappyjourney does not have their own set up at Srinagar or leh. They tie up with local travel agent at those places leaving behind cluelessness for everybody there about whom to contact regarding any emergency as nobody is introduced or has a clue of whos working with whom. Each time we got to hear a different name, and at each interval we were interacting with different people, with different tour names. Also you have to keep minimum 10 to 15 phone numbers ready and active for a simple reason that myhappyjourney if has attended your call from 1 particular number for 2 times, then from the same number your call will never be answered no matter even if you are dieing somewhere and for which they are the ones who are responsible. The only good thing about the trip was local people at Srinagar and Leh and our team’s ability to managing problems and finding ways to come out of it rather than crying over the spilled milk. I would recommend to choose myhappyjourney only and only if you are not happy with your well managed life, you want to invite some trouble in your life, each night you want to sleep with the tension on your head and each day wake up with new unpleasant discoveries. Good luck to you all if you continue to choose myhappyjourney as your travel agent even after reading all of this.

Just return back from Kerala tour organised by myhappyjourney.

No words to say ! Everything is Excellent

We are a team of 25 members from our group gone for a group tour with them for 5 days in kerala starting from july 9th onwards

On arrival in cochin they provided a nice tempo traveller 2 nos and Mr sunil come with flower garland and welcome us in Cochin airport

We feel very happy on their reception and warm welcome

Then we stayed in munnar in Ayurcounty resort in Valley view room.Rooms are very good and furnished! food is superb

Then we stayed in Thekkady in Aranyanivas which is a nice experiance as the hotel is inside the jungle

On day 4 we stayed in kumarakom in Rajadhani Group ofhouseboat where they offered us 2 nos of 5 bed room house boat which is the Highlight of the trip

The crew in the boat are very friendly and food served was mouth watering.

On day 5 we check out from there and reach cochin airport for our onward journey with happy moments.

Note: My best wishes to Mr Sachin who hade made this trip a very funfilled and enjoyable one.He is always on time to revert to our enquiries and help in finalising the hotels

I would never recommend My happy journey for any one. Its totally a mess at their work place. They send the Itinerary for confirmation and after confirmation and half payment they change the hotel rooms as per their requirement. We are forced to take that hotel because we are left with no other option. If we want the hotels we want (to which they had agreed earlier) we are asked to pay extra. In my case I was asked to pay 9000 extra.

The coordinator who was interacting with me suddenly goes off the record and does not respond (I would not like to mention his name) with only two days left for the departure I don’t have my Visa, Passport and Hotel room confirmations.

They mention lot places that they will be taking us through, but the real shocker you will receive when the cab driver give you the trip plan. Not even a single place is covered in whatever is in the Itinerary. I have spent close to 20K in visiting those places only for taxi.

Pick from airport is late and trip not booked in my name lot of confusion between the cab driver and local correspondent.

I had to wait for three hours as the room was not booked at all in Langkawi. My happy journey doesn’t not book directly, they book it through colour full vacations Delhi.

Half day city tour is only for three hours and not more than that.

Don’t even dare to book in my happy journey. You will mess up your trip

I will suggest a new tag line for them “Book in My happy journey and forget your journey and make your journey a miserable one”
