World Knew Travel

I booked a belated honeymoon to St. Lucia through World Knew Travel in Chicago,IL. We received all of our confimation numbers, hotel and flight vouchers, etc. Our trip was paid in full almost 2 months before our trip and everything seemed to be in order. Upon arriving to our hotel, the resort informed us that we had an outstanding balance of $1800 that was never paid to them from our agent. Our agent booked through an additional company named Happy Vacations who filed for bankrupcy a week before we went on our trip, unknown to us but notified the travel agents. World Knew Travel refused to refund our money, which we were required to pay a 2nd time at the resort. It was over 2 months before our bank was able to get our refund from Happy Vacations. Not only did World Knew Travel ruin our honeymoon, but refused to make any efforts to resolve a situation that they put us in!
