Booked an Umrah package with them, they helped sort everything out with me. When I landed in Saudi I had 1 or 2 issues with the people there called me travel agent and they told me what to say and do. In the end Saudi staff apologised and admitted their faults. Woking Travel Centre saved the day.

I called Woking Travel a month ago to enquire about flights to Pakistan with internal flights for 4 passengers. The young female I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating. I was given a very good price. I called yesterday to make a reservation, the mature male I spoke to was not friendly, didn't want to listen to what I had to say. I understood the fare I was quoted a month ago was not available but I was enquiring about other options. He was not interested in anything I had to say. Perhaps he doesn't like dealing with females. I have mow gone and booked with ***** ******. .

Woking Travel you lost a booking for £2800.

Information of your trip is leaked out to relatives , so if ur booking n don't want people to knw best u go somewhere else, as there is no such thing as data protection with this company ur information will be given out as I have experience this with them. Messed my whole trip up and didn't even care

I used WTC 8 times in 2012 /2013 every time booked it on line for my trip to pakistan isb the site was perfect

I got confirmation email witihin minutes.

The price on line better then some oather sites and very easy to use . When I did have need to phone the customer service

My friend booked the return flight to Pakistan about one year ago.When he was due to flight back to UK from ISB airport and he be told by PIA staff that his travel agent has not paid.He was sock and saw the recipe they didn't accepted.

He have to go to travel agent to rebook another flight to come back to UK.

He contact to Working travel centra,spoken to the manger and he was not interred

We booked a flight on the website with the cheapest fare compared to others to go to Pakistan with PIA. When we had a schedule change Woking Travel actually phoned to advise and when we were not happy they got us a full refund and found us alternative flights so smoothly. Theya re very professional and true to their word.

There are so many websites you can book on but then no one to phone for problems or once booked other travel agents dont want to know about changes but Woking Travel Centre really looked after us and showed us there are still travel agents with the true values of customer services.

As with most things on the Internet, you can never be totally sure of what you are getting when you book for the first time. In this case, I am pleased to say that the whole process was fantastic, booking was straight forward, quick and easy and once booked( online) I was able to check on tha PIA website and see the booking confirmed, brilliant! The price was great too, almost the cheapest. Also, When I rang them, the phone was answered straight away and my query was sorted quickly.

Overall, I was very happy with the whole process and would strongly recommend them.

Booked a flight to Islamabad in Pakistan from woking travel. I was able to book the flight for September all online and paid for the ticket using a credit card. Very good price and the best thing was the flight is direct. The ticket was emailed to me instantly to print. Overall not bad. Tried some other sites, either price was not to my looking or the flight was indirect.

After some research i've noticed that besides PIA the other ariline that offers direct flights to Islamabad is a company called Airblue. The only problem is that Airblue only currently fly from Manchester airport so not an ideal solution for me to travel from London to all the way to sunny Manchester.

Was looking to book a flight to Pakistan. After googling and searching for deals on the internet i came across the Woking Travel Centre website. I was surprised that i was able to get a direct flight to Pakistan with PIA from their website. They do charge a £1.00 surcharge for using a debit card. Received my electronic ticket in my email in minutes. Overall well impressed. Did not phone them as the online process worked pretty well, so cannot give a true reflection on their customer service levels.

Another interesting point to mention is that whilst i was googling for deals i also tried the official PIA website and to my surprise Woking Travel were cheaper. Shop around is my moto!
