This organisation is awful, staff very economical with the truth, website economical with the truth. Staff unhelpful and refunds/amendment fees 98% of cost plus £40 so effectively no refunds at all and 100% recharge if you need to make an amendment. DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL SET UP prices are also illegally lifted by additional 'taxes'.

I contacted wefly "chat" to make absolutely sure the flight was available at the advertised price. I was told yes (screen dumps available). Booked it within 5 minutes and hey presto 6 hours later the booking was declined. Money taken (£1228) - no flight. What a pain in the backside. What a waste of time.
