I booked a holiday in April which Wadebay cancelled on 2nd October. I still await a refund. They don't return calls when you do get through they lie. Worst customer service I have ever had.
We Booked A Holiday With Wadebay About A Month Bef
We booked a holiday with Wadebay about a month before we were due to go. We found out the flight didn't even exist!! Our holiday was cancelled by them 2 weeks before departure, and 4 weeks on we still haven't got our money back. They won't answer the phone, and even registered letters are ignored.
Have now commented on lots of sites to get message across. Loads of dissatisfied customers waiting refunds for cancelled holidays - Don't use this company.
