On March 20, 2020, I paid a sum of $US4125 for flight tickets for my brother and his family residing in the UK. A second payment of $US1425 was wrongly deducted from my credit card the same day. The transacting officer sent an email confirming that the refund of $1425 had been processed and would be reflected in my account within 24 hours. As I write this, no refund has been made. Several mails and calls had been made but no action taken on the part of VogueTravelHouse. The money for the ticket has not been refunded neither is the second deduction of $US1425

My lawyer got a court order against this company but was told the company has gone into liquidation. But interestingly, if you go to the website and ask to book a ticket, someone from the company will still call you and payment is still going into the company account.

UK government must take an action, this company is a sham.
