I booked my annual Florida holiday back in October for my wife and kids with Unbeatable Florida and have just returned from the best Florida holiday to date. Whilst the service at the time of booking was exceptional the only downside was my travel documents only arrived 14 days before we were due to depart and this was by email. I understand that many companies issue tickets in this form but when your spending over £3k its nice to have something in your hand!! This however was a small price to pay as we saved around £1500 on the prices I had from First Choice, Thomas Cook and Travel City Direct. from what I have read on the florida forums Unbeatable Florida is staffed by the old Travel city staff from Swansea although when I asked them if this was true they said they had nothing to do with Travel City Direct.

Anyway on to why this was my best holiday to date! not only did we save quite a bit of money as Florida holidays have gone expensive in recent years but when we arrived at the airport they had upgraded us to Premium economy on the Virgin flight which was great! when we arrived in Orlando they had booked our car with budget who we had not used before so was a little apprehensive but all fine here too and no hard sell to upgrade the car was a real bonus! finally we had booked a home at windsor palms and had to go along to their local resort office to pick up the keys in Kissimmee on arrival we were welcomed by Nina who had everything ready for us and informed me that we had been upgraded to a 5 bedroom villa on the estate which was the iceing on the cake after our superb flight. The villa was second to none and so close to all the attractions. on the 1st morning we had a courtesy call from Nina just asking if everything was to our liking, which obviously it was and we got talking about maybe doing a Mini Cruise out of Port Canaveral she said that Unbeatable Florida also had a sister company that specialised in cruises called Cruise Nation and would contact their local office to see if they had any cruises available.

That evening Nina called back and had managed to get a special rate from them on a 3 night bahamas cruise on Royal Caribbean for just $149 each and this included a free upgrade to a balcony cabin! As you could imagine I bit her hand off and booked it. Royal Caribbean were amazing I have cruised before but not with them, the food, service and entertainment were excellent.

finally after an action packed two weeks we were ready to fly home but not before we had our final courtesy call from Nina. Its just nice to know that some companies care about customer service. well done Unbeatable I hope to book with you again for this year
