Do not buy any tickets or services from uFlyWorldWide. I bought my wife and kid tickets to india from newark nj to india from them. Once they wife and kid arrived in india, the local airline said that the travel agent cancelled the local flight, and had to buy new tickets on the spot. Till this day they have not given me refund, and just put me on hold anytime I try to call in.

My exp with uFlyWorldWide was very bad..

Earlier it was their mistake that they book us for wrong dates then we ask about to change the date ... they didnt inform us about the fine, which we were forced to pay air india on the day of departure.

When we call them from airport they said it will be reimburse and they ask us to pay but till date they never bother to respond our call and reply our mails. Neither reimburse it.

I bought tickets but had to cancel due to hospitalization. The agency got all the documents and promised me a refund. Afterwards the calls went unanswered. Now they say that Northwest Airlines has my money and that I have to get it back from the airline. Northwest Airlines is trying to help me.

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IS ALL I CAN SAY. NEVER RECOMMEND THEN TO ANYONE.

If you want to get tension and stress then you go for them. Spend few extra dollars and get tickets elsewhere.
