Tui Travel, Germany

Been travelling for years since Tui were rebranded would never book with them again. My advice to anyone who is thinking of booking with them check out Tui complaints site on Facebook. This will give you an insight as to what to expect if things go wrong or you have been missold rooms etc they read your emails properly or answer their phone. Had to give 1 star as there is no option to give 0

Americans booking in Germany, watch out!

Tui travel signed us up for a trip to Mallorca, which seem to be a good deal, until...we found out they book us to fly in arriving after midnight, paying for a full night's accommodation anyways. Then, they sold us travel insurance, which they claimed would fully reimburse a cancellation, only to be told that it must be for medical reasons. So in the end, they cut 2 days off of our vacation and cheated us on the insurance. Do not use Tui if you don't speak German...they can't be trusted!!!!!!
