I can't even begin to tell you how bad this company was. We booked return flights to Mauritius through them at the end of 2007. We paid a deposit, and the a provisional booking showed on the airlines website. We paid the full amount, and the flights were then cancelled. Gulshan from Tropical Skylines insisted this was just how they did things and that it was part of some bulk buying deal, however the airline had never heard of this, and said they had cancelled the flights because no payment had been received by them from the travel agency. As no flights were booked we asked for our money back, which was agreed with Tropical Skylines. To date it's 7 months after we asked for our money back, and we still haven't received a penny. ALl we get is a different excuse every week - problems with bank accounts, issues with not being in the office, no internet connection in the office, no telephone banking, no money in the company bank account, the list goes on and on and on. The final straw was being told an electronic payment had been sent, after which we paid off our credit card the flight had been booked on. A few days later we got a bounced cheque through the post indicating that the account the cheque had been paid from had been closed, although Gulshan insisted this wasn't the case and it was 'an old cheque book'.

I cannot recommend strongly enough not to use this company, and not to have any financial dealings with either Tropical Skylines Travel. I have full proof of every step of the problems we have had with this company.
