I paid trips $150 extra for a 2nd check-in bag for a round trip to india. But I had to pay for my second bag again at the airlines counter, airline people said there's no record for a 2nd bag; so I paid for my chek-in bags while departure and arrival.

When I came back and asked trips booker for the refund, they said they will process it and give me the refund in 4 weeks but its been 7 months now I am following them and now they do not even pick-up the call, or if they hear its me they hang up.

any suggestions, if I can complain about them anywhere?

This company is horrible. I booked two tickets with them and for personal reasons had to cancel the tickets. They told me that I will get my refund in fours weeks. I waited four weeks and called them back and was asked to wait another two weeks, then another two weeks and so on. It has been four months and I still haven't received my refund. When I asked them to provide me with the refund details so that I can be sure that the refund was processed the guy said we don't keep any records.

This is a horrible company, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I booked my trip to india through an agent Raj. I asked for the ticket to Delhi, instead he booked it for Bangalore.Asked him several times to make the correction.I was told that he did but was surprised to get to Delhi when my luggage was already checked in for Bangalore.

Stay away from this travel agency.

A great experience doing business with Tripsbooker. Besides providing good deal for my travel arrangements, the advisor was simply great with his courtesy, response and professionalism. All through he was prompt getting back and answering questions and even after 3 weeks during the return flight home - that too on sunday when the office was closed.
