As I say this is my first trip to Australia. I found your site myself just by searching online but I booked by telephone with the person I dealt with who was so efficient and helpful that I gained confidence in your service. I am travelling out alone to visit my brother and family and returning with my mother who travelled out early December. the person I dealt with arranged my seating including seats next to my mother on return journey.

As my travel draws near I was a little concerned about itinerary and whether I had all necessary documents so I called a couple of days ago to speak to the person I dealt with but he wasn't available and thought I would have to call again. However I spoke to another person who was so very helpful and put my mind at rest,advised me to log on to Emirates site to view my details and check my online booking details. I have done this and downloaded the Emirates app. Hopefully I will be able to check in online and drop boarding passes into my pass wallet on my phone for easy access. I would like to thank the two people I dealt with for their help. I realise it's their job, however not all customer service agents are so courteous and patient. I will certainly use your site again whenever I travel,
