Poor communication, absence of any customer service, poor customer experience. Very unprofessional and rude.

I book tickets every year thru this agency. I book for my parents in law; they give me the airlines which are comfortable as well as economical. They have been awesome. They have the best prices. They call back promptly. Unlike many travel agents who book India they are very nice and they will give you time. I would definitely recommend them. They sell travel to Africa, rest of Asia as well. Next time I will book my Africa travel from them.
