This company took my money up front and issued travel confirmation and booking reference numbers for a trip of a lifetime to australia and the far east. Then without me knowing allowed all the bookings to lapse and then tried and failed to book the right flights days before my departure causing curtailed city visits, lost time and an early return home. They admitted liability and offered compensation but I haven't seen a penny. I sued in county court and got judgment but doubt I will get any money. I wouldn't give them any stars.....
