Went to Disneyland Paris with Travelbound as my Daughter was performing in a show, paid £1,200 to travel in a coach (for 13 hours)with no water for toilet flush no air conditioning and hot air blasting out during a very hot July, travelled from Chesterfield to Paris with no seat belt as it didn't work. Driver didn't know how to get to M1 from pick up point so a passenger had to sit up front to direct him, then had to sit and wait 1hr 20 mins (at 2am) at a service station to change drivers.

On arriving at Disneyland the rep assured us that the air conditioning had been fixed and the toilet filled with water, apparently the driver didn't know it was empty, I would have thought it common sense for a coach company to check the toilet was filled with water and the seat belts were working before allowing passengers to embark on a coach especially when travelling for 12 hours with children as young as 6 years. Also no tap on sink meant we couldn't wash hands after using the disgusting toilet.

15 minutes after setting off on the journey home the air conditioning packed in so had a uncomfortable 12 hour journey home.

Complained to Travelbound who answered the points I raised but no apology for discomfort caused, no refund despite asking twice no money off vouchers for future trips.

All the parents said if their child performed in the show at Disney again next year they would make their own travel arrangements by train or plain but just found out today that if we want to go again next year we cannot book hotel and transport ourselves we were told the trip came as a package, take it or leave it so we'll leave it thanks Travelbound. Not handing over my hard earned money to a company that just dismisses your complaint and doesn't give a dam. Avoid this company at all costs. Would I travel with Travelbound again? only if they dragged me kicking and screaming!!

My husband and I decided to go through a traveling agent to help us reserve hotels and book the flights 6 months in advanced. The hotels were all PAID IN FULL months prior to our vacation to Italy (Rome, Florence, Venice, and Milan). We ran into an UNEXPECTED INCONVENIENCE!! All our hotels, except for Rome, were cancelled!!! SO we were stuck in 3 star hotels, paid for the nights there, when we had already booked, paid, and confirmed our 4 star hotels. You can just imagine the hastle we had to go through. On top of all that, we had to pay rediculous amount of money making phone calls left and right!! PLEASE do not go through TRAVEL BOUND!!!

I'd give it No stars if I could! Staff are bloody rude especially Blain! They need an Attitdude check! How an earth the got a job with kids I do not know, half of them look like murderers! Especially the red head who said and I quote ' I'm 24, I can't believe I'm serving reatrds Iike these hot chicken wings!' what a cheeky cow! I don't know where the hell the other review came from cause it's not that good! Total waste of £400!!! The rooms don't even get me started on them. The toilets stuck especially the shower and the beds were uncomfortable. The only good thing about the place is the swimming pool and lifeguard they were good! Overall 0/5 stars!

Very Friendly and Helpful. Nice Pool. Thankyou to everyone at Chateau Du Molay, for making the french trip trip so great. I will always Remember the trip. Thankyou. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The Instructors Were Really Entertaining and everyone on the trip enjoyed the fact that they had taken the time to provide evening activities for us.
