\My daughter & I had a 3 week trip visiting Kolkata, New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Deogarh, Jodhpur, Udaipur & Mumbai. Shraddha Gupta from Traveloutsav did a great job in organising everything for us and kept in contact the whole trip via the driver. We spent time with Shraddha in Delhi and she is a pocket rocket and definitely knows her stuff. We had a fabulous driver named Anand Rawat who negotiated the roads & traffic splendidly. We had a few problems with a few hotels, but that was my choice so it had nothing to do with Traveloutsav. The guides, especially the ones in Kolkata & Jaipur were excellent. After reading the reviews I was very dubious about using this company, but I can honestly say Shraddha did a superb job in satisfying all my requests and I can thoroughly recommend her and the company.

I have travelled to over 60 countries and used many different travel agencies over the years, however this is by far the worst travel agency I have ever used. They took our money months in advance of the trip but when we arrived at hotels nothing was booked. We had a tour guide in India that didn't speak any English and had no idea what our itinerary was. The manager of the Crown Plaza was so concerned for us that got involved by translating our itinerary to the driver, and then took a copy of the itinerary so that if we got stuck we could call him. It was a very scary experience. We were promised so much, paid a huge amount, and so little was delivered.They are at best totally incompetent and I would warn anyone else to steer clear.
