Absolutely appalling service. I was trying to book a flight for 2 adults and 1 child. It was all going smoothly until they told me that they had booked the adults on one flight and the child on another. We then had that changed and had everything booked when at the last minute they told me the flights were no longer available. We then had to change our flights to the following day, we received an email confirmation that the flights were booked and payment was being taken to then be told the following day that they were now no longer available. After a week of hassle we finally got our seats booked and paid for and were offered £150 compensation voucher for all the hassle caused. A month later, I had to chase twice to actually get the voucher. I then needed the hotel accommodation for our stopover on our original flights. I have been told to kindly wait as they have them and would email them to me. I am still kindly waiting and have yet to receive them. I have emailed them again for it to bounce back to me. They wouldn't know customer service if it slapped them in the face.

We as a family are traveling oz, booked our flight with flight expert.. 2 adults 1 child 1 infant booked happy days.

We had a call 3 days later saying our flying dates have changed, two days in front of our scheduled trip Big stress as we have arranged hotels transport ect. They said it was there mistake and they were sorry, hmmmm not very good..

We then had 23 phone calls with different dates times and longer stop off hours to wait in hong kong. They were calling and calling silly mistakes they were making and taking up all my time.

After aload of messing around they said they finally got it right, flight booked!!!!

My self and wife were seperated on the plain our five month old was to travel this long flight with out a bassinet as they got his date of birth wrong. What a joke of a company,

As soon as this company take your money they become very rude and ignarent if you question there service

They also added 70 pounds on to our bill with out informing us and just took it from our account.

Excellent rooms very good food all staff were very helpful and polite good venue for weddings and parties immaculate grounds for good wedding photos caters for every one food needs Rooms very clean and spacious ,very friendly owners could not fault anything

I have booked my family flights with this company to Singapore what a big mistake ! I paid a deposit and called a few weeks later to pay the balance to be told flight had increased by an extra £75 per person even kids! We argued this was not told to us at confirmation stage and we managed to get the price down to £49 per person not ideal ! After checking my bank today they have taken too much money. I have spoke to my booking consultant numerous times today who shouted at me down the phone and threatened to put the phone down he told me I was wrong with no explanation. I asked to speak to a manager and was refused ? I am extremely frustrated to the point of tears! I have been told I can have the difference back but will take 40 days how ??? It was on a debit card ,, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Recently booked a return flight to LA with Travel Expert. On arriving at LAX airport to return home I was told my ticket was invalid as there was not enough time allowed between interconnecting flights. An errror that any worthwhile travel software package should have picked up, clearly not one that is owned by Travel Expert. I was annoyed to find I had a 10 hour wait for the next flight and had to run around between terminals under stress to work out how to get home.

What made it worse was that when I got home and called to advise Travel Expert of their mistake they haven't had the decency to return my calls or emails. SHAME ON YOU TRAVEL EXPERT!

I booked 2 ticket to Bangkok with excellent price in comparison to market rate.

But unfortunately i cancelled it due to Medical reasons. I called airlines but they denied to refund as it was Maternity case. I called to My TRAVEL AGENT " travelexpertuk.co.uk" . I was through to their manager Jordan. he guide me to mention medical reasons in such a way that we will get refund easily.

They refund me the amount of my ticket before they get it from airlines.

I promise to give me all business to them.

Do not risk using these people. They are a bunch of crooks. If you must because their prices are cheap DO NOT PAY A PENNY until you have everything in writing and carefully check all paperwork. You could risk not being allowed to fly as a result of their incompetence. Don't bother with customer service they have no idea about anything and just send you back to the agent. There is nowhere to complain hence my writing this review.

I booked my flights to Sydney on Cathay pacific from Manchester. The price I

got on their website was much cheaper than other websites, after payment of

£1249, I got the call from Travelexpertuk.co.ukstaff and they offer me a

price £1192 on Singapore airlines. They return me £57 in to my credit card

same day.

I must recommend this to my all office staff members and friends. Wish them

all the best for future.

Also I read some bad review about them earlier on review center but I still

booked with them because they are best in Deals in comparison to other

travel agents. I am sure every one cannot be happy in customer services

world with a same company, Might be 1 had bad experience and other 10 have

excellent experience with same company.

Rude staff, booked tickets and waiting for them to email them 2 days later. Would never use them again and worried that they are not legit.
