This summer our Family went to Crete Oalm Hotel. A Holiday arranged by TotallyGreece.com.. From start we didn't know the company so it was kind of interesting how this arrangement would be with tids Company. But it turned out to be the very best and to a very good price. We can highly recommend it. It was tip top service from day one. We will absolutely use the Again. The hotel Creta Palm Hotel was placed closed to the water so the Family went for nice swim every day. Close to Chania town by bus, nice city for relaxing, cousing around and shopping. Hotel nice service and rooms, all our children loved it to - super swimming pool and relaxing with All Inclusive. Thank you for a fantastic Holiday.

Our holiday to Crete was great ! The hotels were very good, the food was great and the weather was wonderful for that time of year. We recently booked our family holiday with them and due to changes in the dates of when I can take holiday we contacted TotallyGreece to see if we could change the dates of the hotel. They did this without fuss and no extra charges. We got through to them straight away on the phone and they called us straight back. Friendly can do approach to service that is often lacking. What a change to be able to speak to someone who really knows the product they are selling. First class service and extremely knowledgeable about Crete and the hotels we booked. Really helped us in choosing 2 lovely hotels. The prices are also cheaper compared to the other websites we checked. The hotels and our holidays where perfect!!

We will be back again and next time choose the area around Chania!

I have used all sorts of travel companies to my accommodation but recently tried TotallyGreece.com. It was User friendly but most of all enjoyed reading the reviews about the hotels. We also get a very good price, a lot cheaper than any of the other sites we look at. I would strongly recommend this site to anyone going on holiday in Crete.

After trawling the internet I came across this small locally based company in Crete. Despite a limited budget (I'm paying!) we found a very good deal at the Golden Beach hotel in Hersonisos. I put in the special requests that this was a surprise holiday for my daughter and after booking the hotel, I received a very nice email from Rena telling me that they would provide a complimentary transfer to the hotel and would arrange with the hotel to ut fruit and wine in their room. Very impressed.

Just booked our Easter holiday to Rethymnon in Crete staying at the Rimondi Estate. By chance found this local company who are based in Crete and they have a website where you can book hotels. Andrew was extremely helpful and even managed to get us a free 2 grade upgrade at the hotel and the price was really good. Really quick to reply to my questions by email, no problem getting to speak to soomeone on the phone and he clearly knew the hotel inside out. All in all excellent, personal service which unfortunately is rare these days.
