Spectacular Spain

Our Family of four from Los Angeles, USA took Spain tour August 23rd through August 28 in Spain. Our Tour Bus Driv4e was Juan and our tour Manager was Hushang. they both were excellent. Specially Housang was very informative, detail oriented and very helpful manager. The Hotels were good to very good. The Food was excellent and the itinerary was designed with appropriate time duration for each activities. We have covered entire Spain country in 6 days and saw most of its beauty. I wish we had more time to explore additional places. Weather was hot and caused some discomfort but Bus was A C Coach and it made comfortable for us. I think Housang and his team rocks and it would recommend friends and family to this tour. The price for the tour was very reasonable and the detail information was given to us by the Star Tours US office.

Helpful Upon Making Booking, Unfortunately This Is

Helpful upon making booking, unfortunately this is where the helpfulness ended. With 17 people in our party ready to go skiing two days to go, when a phone call was recieved, we were told that our hotel was double booked and we were being aranged alternate accomodation, we were given the name of the hotel and, although it was a downgrade from what we had originally booked, it was better than staying at home!

Later that day another call was recieved, this stated that there had been another mix up and that we were not going to be staying in the second hotel either, once again a down grade was made.

We went in the space of an hour to a 5 star hotel to a 2 star bed and breakfast, in additon to that food was not being provided in this establishment and that we would have to take a bus ride 10 mins down the road to get our breakfast which we had paid for as part of our package! Naturally we complained, and we were offered to "take our money and stay at home" we decided to stay at home and the 24k for everyone involved was refunded in full. Strongly advise to avoid this travel operator.
