They have duped many people from all over the country.Now they have changed their customer care number and their website has also closed down.They might have closed their shop too.They stole Rs 49999.00 from my account. But didn't return the same. Now they r lost.I'm sending them legal notice through my lawyer,and will file criminal case if they still don't respond. I request everybody to do the same.They just can't run away with our money.

we pai amount 30000 rs for thailand trip 4 months back but now they are not responding .

we booked our thailand trip thru this fraudulant company after they persued us for a month and gave us the exact deal that we were looking for ,we also paid more than 50% of the amount ,but after assurances of sending accross the booking details ,and some free gifts ( ipod and watch) they didnt get back to us even after 3.5 months of booking amount being paid ,now our money is stuck and now we are needing to take legal action on them as now they are not responding to call to the given numbers or even if they take calls ,they just put us on hold and never respond .....dirty dirty people running and absolute fraud company ...never think of booking with them.

It was the worst holiday experience I had with Today Holiday Solutions -

1. I was been told by Javed Akhtar (Operations Head - Today Holiday Solutions) that my hotel booking was done in a 3 ½ star property. But when I visited the property I was taken aback by the so called resort. It was an under construction hotel with absolutely no amenities. It was not a place where a decent family could stay for 4 nights. Herewith I am attaching the videos of the hotel where my stay arrangements had been done. After driving down from Mumbai to Panchgani I was confronted with my biggest problems. I had to fight with Rahul Habbu (Manager - Exotic Hotel stay, Panchgani) for making alternate stay arrangements. There was No TV, furnishing inside the room. The surrounding of the room was full of thrash / under construction buildings & rubbles.

2. I was promised the following as part of my booking voucher -

a. This offer is valid for 4 members (any age)

I had been given a hotel stay for 2 members only, I had to fight with Rahul Habbu for getting stay accommodation for my two children as well.

b. Breakfast and lunch or dinner included in this package.

There was no lunch / dinner arrangement, I was been alloted only breakfast that too I had to fight for it with the hotel management.

c. I will get cab facility for sightseeing.

I had to make my own travel / sightseeing arrangement.

Because of the points b & c I had to shell out an additional Rs. 8000 from my pockets.

3. Before I made the payment I was promised for hotel booking in Fountain Village, Mahabaleshwar from the sales manager (Amit Desai) & operations manager (Javed Akhtar). But after I made the online payment I had been given a different hotel booking in Exotic Home stay, Panchgani.

4. I was promised that my hotel booking will be done on the same day of making the payment, but it was only after 2 weeks of continuous follow up that I got some response from Today Holiday Solutions. That too the booking was for a hotel which I didn’t ask for.

5. I had been trying Today Holiday Solutions telephone numbers atleast 5 to 6 times in a day, sometimes the team simply kept my call on waiting without response, sometimes my call was simply disconnected. And Javed never turned back to my calls. Once or twice I had to give false identity only after which I could reach out to Javed and would be told that he will attend my calls & address required hotel booking which was completely false.

I need a compensation of Rs. 8000 from Today Holiday Solutions for the unnecessary cost incurred by me which should have been borne by Today Holiday Solutions.
